The house is adjacent to a fenced garden with seating, swings for children, a barbecue, a smokehouse and an outdoor fireplace. The house is in a quiet part of the slope above the village. There is a grocery store, restaurants, bike and ski rentals, public transport and ski buses to Janské Lázně and Pec pod Sněžkou. In front of the house there is a dedicated parking lot for two vehicles of guests.

You can also enjoy quality wines from our menu or fresh coffee from the coffee machine. We are "baby friendly" so you will find equipment for the little ones in the apartment. Our apartment is located in the mountains in the Krkonoše, in the town of Žacléř. The accommodation is especially suitable for large families and groups of friends. We can accommodate up to 12 people. The apartment has a cinema room, with a great sound system, an Xbox game console and a large spacious couch. The apartment also includes a wine cellar, which is fully equipped with quality wine from a Czech winery, but beer lovers will not be disappointed either. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a built-in oven in the kitchenette and a hot tub on the terrace.

Ideal location for trips, whether hiking in the surroundings, the Krkonoše Mountains or Adršpach Rocks, or skiing in winter within a 10-20 minute drive. The apartment is fully equipped (dishes, appliances, towels,...) In the bedroom there is a double bed and the possibility of an extra bed (mattress on the floor). Parking right next to the house. The last approx. 200 m the driveway may be in poor condition, muddy/frozen/snowy, but carefully passable depends on the current weather.

Opposite the house, there is a bobsled track, and in the summer, there is a children’s area with lots of attractions. Parking is available right by the building in the yard, under the CCTV system.
