Wir können uns nur den anderen Bewertungen anschließen: Ein tolles Haus. Wer die Einsamkeit und die Natur liebt, ist hier ganz richtig. Wir hatten tolles Wetter und konnten viel Zeit draußen im Garten und in der Umgebung verbringen, die zu kleinen Spaziergängen und Wanderungen einlädt.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen entspannten Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche. Der Komfort war unschlagbar – mit einer eigenen Sauna und bequemen Sesseln konnte man sich bestens erholen. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Möglichkeit, Fassbier direkt beim Gastgeber zu bestellen, unkompliziert und in bar zu bezahlen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief reibungslos. Er war freundlich, hilfsbereit und gab hilfreiche Empfehlungen. Nachrichten wurden in der Regel am selben Tag beantwortet. Die Lage der Unterkunft war ideal: direkt am Skihang und mit ausreichend Parkplätzen für bis zu 4 Autos. Ein Kaufland ist nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, was praktisch für Einkäufe war. Es gibt absolut nichts zu verbessern – wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Krásné ubytování na strategickém místě...i měsíc by byl málo, aby člověk objel ty nejzajimavější místa v okolí. Ubytování je skvěle vybaveno pro rodiny s dětmi a zaručí pro děti a dospělé zábavu i za deštivých dní. Komunikace s panem majitelem bezproblémů, byl velice vstřícný. Až nám bylo líto, že musíme domů :) ....Děkujeme

Ubytovali jsme se v zimnim obdobi na tomto krasnem miste s nadhernymi vyhledy.Parkovani je pod chalupou za poplatek kde vas potom ceka v zime velice kondicni vystup k chalupe (pokud nevyuzijete snezne taxi z Velke Upy)-doporucuji v zime nechat vyvezt alespon zavazadla. Prekvapila nas v chalupe sauna se super venkovnim ochlazovanim a možnosti prosteradel. Hostitelka zajistila i sud piva a pipu, kdy jsme meli vse pripravene k uzivani. Kuchyn je mensi ale prakticky zarizena - po probehlych pobytech zde zustalo i koreni, cukr, sul a olej. Vse bylo ciste, prijemne matrace i teplota v pokojich. Pobyt jsme si moc uzili a moc radi zase prijedeme!!!

Super ubytovaní pro skupiny či rodiny za příjemnou cenu. Ubytovaní krásné, čisté, jednoduché, vše funkční, vytápění fungovalo též perfektně. Kuchyně výborně vybavená. Jediné mínus může být pro někoho poloha, kdy se musí například na sjezdovky dojet autem, ale na druhou stranu je ubytování v moc hezkém a klidném prostředí. Děkujeme majiteli i správcům za možnost strávit s přáteli pár dní na horách s kvalitním servisem a pohodlným ubytováním. Všem doporučujeme!

First of all, it was really clean and well-equipped chalet with peaceful surroundings. It has everything and even more than you might expect like a quality kitchen appliances, a speaker with Airplay and an espresso machine! The only downside is it’s a bit far away from markets but the fridge and the storage is big enough to store extras so it’s not a big issue! If you have dogs or you like hiking then it’s the perfect location because there are many hiking paths nearby and the nature is simply breathtaking! Host is also really helpful and responsive, thanks for that as well. Overall, we are super satisfied and will definitely come back!

Ubytování se nám velmi líbilo. Bylo prostorné, takže i větší skupina měla dostatek místa. Vše bylo krásně čisté a uklizené. Pan Josef byl ochotný a na zprávy reagoval rychle. Celkově jsme byli velmi spokojeni a toto ubytování můžeme jen doporučit.

We spent 3 nights in this house in February 2025 and had a pretty good time. The house is big and easily accommodates 15 people (2 must sleep on the sofas in the living room). 2 people sleep in a separated building (right next door) which has its own bathroom, was a bit colder in there and a bit smelly but nothing too bad. Kitchen was fully equipped, there was a coffee machine, toaster, tea, kitchen paper, everything. Pretty much everything mentioned in the ad was there, from karaoke to the kicker table etc. We ran out of toilet paper after 2 days, wise to bring some extra if you are so many people. Sheets/towels etc where very clean, duvets very warm. Bathrooms could have been a little cleaner. Water pressure on the top floor bathroom was weak. Owners were very friendly and did their best to show us around the house and provide us with everything we needed, even provided wood for the fireplace. Overall a great place for a big groups, would gladly stay again. Only a sauna is missing :)

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf. De patio was ideaal om gezellig samen te komen. De voetbal tafel beneden was ook een leuke toevoeging. Daarnaast was er in het gebied ook zomers genoeg te doen. We hebben dan ook vooral veel gewandeld in de buurt. We zijn in het huisje geweest met 6 personen, waardoor er voldoende ruimte was. De bedden boven waren wel erg breed maar het werd al snel benauwd omdat het huisje goed geïsoleerd is. We hadden dan ook niet graag met meer dan 2 personen op een kamer gelegen. We hebben een geweldige week gehad! De host reageerde snel op alle vragen en het huisje was erg nieuw en leuk gedecoreerd! We zouden graag een keer terug willen komen wanneer we weer in de buurt zijn.
