Apartments Villa Verde are an adult-only type of accommodation located in Musalež, 5,5 km away from Poreč city center and Old Town. Villa Verde is situated in a family house and consists of 4 apartments on the ground and the 2nd floor. The apartments also have a swimming pool in the garden at their disposal, as well as an outdoor roofed terrace with dining area and barbecue/grill facilities.The pool is filled with saltwater, without the addition of chlorine. The owners also live in the property.

A lot of space outside for children play, calm seating area in front of the house. 1 bedroom is downstairs (quin size bed) and 1 bedroom (loft) is in upper floor (2 single beds). House is appropriate for 4 pers. max. Free parking available in front of the house. We are first neighbours, so we are always avalable for any help or information.

It comfortably accommodates 4-5 people. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a newly renovated house (in March 2019) with a parking place (for 1 car) and a large garden. It is close to the San Simon beach (5 mins on foot), nearby there are several supermarkets, restaurants and cafés. The Izola Marina is 10 mins away.

A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.
