The Annexe is a lovely, well-equipped self-contained suite of rooms, comprising a spacious, comfortable sitting/breakfast room, kitchenette, double bedroom and shower room, in a private part of our house. It has its own entrance with a key-safe for convenience. It's set within the village of Ponsanooth, only 4.5 miles from the beaches of Falmouth, and is handy for exploring the area and all of Cornwall. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is here, including outside seating, BBQ & parking.

Seascape is on the cliff edge adjacent to the coast path with arguably the best views over Mevagissey and the bay. Private secure parking without driving into the narrow streets and a short walk down to the village. Exclusive, private use of lounge/dining room and balcony throughout the day. The friendly Village of St Agnes is an area of outstanding natural beauty with its coves and the coastal footpath a 10 minute walk from the property. Surf lessons and Kayacking are available in the season. There are no shortages of shops, gift shops, galleries, cafes, restaurants, pubs, butchers, and bakeries.

☆☆ Stylish, contemporary annex in our converted barn. For 1 or 2 adults only. The Annex comprises an open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with king size bed and a bathroom with quadrant shower. It has its own entrance and there is parking for 1 car. Guests are welcome to use the lower part of our garden and picnic bench. The barn is situated in a tranquil, tucked away location in Perranporth, yet is only a 10 minute walk from the beach and local shops.

Comfortable guest suite near Penryn, sleeps 4

Set in a rural area just outside Penryn, our comfortable guest suite is on the first floor of our home. We are conveniently located between Falmouth and Truro. The accommodation provides plenty of space and can accommodate up to 4 people (king size bed plus a sofa bed). There is no kitchen, but a kettle, toaster and microwave are available. Guests will have their own key (accessible in a lockbox) and have their own entrance to the guest suite. There is plenty of parking available for guests.

The Store is a converted barn in Grampound Road, a village lying amidst the rolling Cornish countryside. Centrally located in Cornwall, so an ideal holiday destination. Your totally self-contained ground floor accommodation includes a reception room where you are welcome to leave coats, boots and outdoor gear. The entrance to your accommodation leads off the reception to a kitchenette/utility room and through to a large hallway leading to private bedrooms, shower room and living/dining room.

It has a double bed with a small wet room with a shower, toilet and a separate hand basin. We provide a continental breakfast hamper. 'The Arc’ is in the small historic market town of Marazion walking distance to the famous St. Michael's Mount, cafes, pubs and galleries. We can recommend good places to eat, drink and visit. The coast path passes right past our front door.
