Great location,in a local area with great restaurants. Big room, had all the amenities needed. June was always very helpful and responsive. Definitely a great place to stay when first time visiting Hanoi!

The studio apartment is clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake. It is in a very peaceful part of Hanoi yet it is easy to get to all the attractions either walking or using Grab which is cheap and easy. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. Check in/out was easy. There is a lovely cafe on the ground floor of the building where you pick up and drop off keys. Cuc was easy to communicate with. We asked for extra pillows and got them the same day. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

We had such a wonderful time and communication was always an absolute breeze and very friendly. The location is perfect for exploring Hanoi and the street itself is full of fantastic restaurants and cafes. Would return in a heartbeat!
