Welcome to our new home located at "Clos Mylodro", 3 min from the private hospital De Varye (10 min by foot) and 10 min by car from Gare de Bourges. I'm happy to start hosting again! Here is our charming and comfortable apartment, independent of our private house, that can accommodate four people (+ a baby), with covered terrace, garden furniture and private parking (large utility ok). The pool, the playground are to be shared with my family.

The studio is located on the second floor of our house, with independent entrance (outdoor staircase). Guests can park their car in the garden. Our house is close to shops, a bus stop, the A71 Bourges highway (10-15 minutes) and St Florent sur Cher train station. The cottage is very pleasant, very comfortable and impeccably clean. It is in a very good location, close to the Berry Canal and the city of Bourges. Marie and Thierry are charming, caring and very kind hosts. They suggested atypical places to visit such as Jean Linard Cathedral….

The house is spacious and keeps a little cool because it is protected by large shrubs, a veranda, roller shutters, a covered terrace on the sides most exposed to the sun (period of high heat). I also very much appreciated being able to park my car on the street but in front of the house. Super quiet environment.

Great experience Very well thought out accommodation, very well furnished, very well decorated and very well equipped (dishwasher and air conditioning in particular...) 2 very nice rooms "under the roofs" Located in a quiet hamlet within 10 minutes of Bourges Cedric and his family are very friendly and welcoming: thank you. I recommend it without reservations!
