The bright apartment with private garden including barbecue and seating/lounging offers space to relax. Vacation in the middle of nature, mountains, forests and valleys of the Swabian Alps. Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

Deißlingen offers charming natural or fortified forest-u.Feldwege, as well as cycling trails. In the village, there are 2 bakeries, 2 butchers, as well as 1 supermarket within walking distance. A hotel with restaurant, a doner snack and a good bourgeois inn are also reachable in a few minutes of walking distance.

Modern apartment on a dairy farm. The apartment is in a separate building on our secluded farm ensemble. Spacious terrace and free view to the valley invites you to relax. You don't hear any street or cars and yet relativeley close to train station or shopping (5km). You can reach restaurants by foot (15 min). Ideal starting point for hiking tours, city trips or just relaxing.

The light-flooded 2 1/2-room apartment (approx. 78 m²) has a cosy tiled stove with fitted seating area. A wonderful bedroom with large double bed, high-quality and fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher.
