Great hiking areas right from the cabin or in the immediate vicinity, on foot or by skis. Oppdal alpine center is available just outside the cabin door. Great for randonee, alpine and cross-country skiing. Walking distance to the city center. Oppdal is the place to be for all activities, and the cabin has an excellent patio with a fire pit and good sun conditions.

For a responsible family or more, we would like to offer a great stay at a cabin at Kongensvollen Marina. The cabin is a 1.5-hour drive from Trondheim. Here you can sit undisturbed on the porch and have panoramic views over Trondheimsleia with Hitra, Leksa and Storfosna in the background. The cabin also has a sauna, bathroom and shower. It is arranged for packing and freezing fish. Short distance to the lake 80m. Boat Linder Sportsmann 400 can be rented by appointment. No smoking is allowed indoors. Pets must be clarified.

You will have the entire cottage to yourself. Pets are allowed. The cabin is located approx. 30m from free parking space. Namsos city center is only a 5-minute drive away. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while the attic room is furnished with floor mattresses. Travel bed for children (up to 15 kg) is available in the cabin. Steep stairs up to the bedroom.

In this place, your family can stay directly in the ski resort, but it is also well suited for great experiences the rest of the year. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed in each room. There are two full bathrooms and a sauna. The newest bathroom was made in the spring of 2024. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a shower toilet. Well furnished new kitchen and underfloor heating in living room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom on the 1st floor. In Skotvik, you can relax in peaceful surroundings, go on a mountain hike or take a trip to the sea and fish with the 18-foot aluminum boat that is located by the jetty. Registered, tourist export of fish is permitted. Aluminum boat with 20 HP motor for rent. (Included in weekly rent). Bed linen and towels can be rented for an additional fee. Cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee, or clean yourself. 3 km to shop, Coop Marked Naustbukta.

Great hiking terrain both summer and winter. Short distance to mountains and fishing waters. Popular hiking destinations from the cabin are Fossfjellet, Kneppfjellet, Gråfjellet and Omnsfjellet. Electricity and well water. About 70 min from Trondheim (Bus stop just by the exit to the cabin). In summer time 200 meters walk on boards/trail from parking. In winter it is about 1.1 kilometers on skis/snowshoes. TV subscription with Premier League and Champions League.

Newly restored summer cottage with a boathouse and wood-fired sauna for social interaction. Campfire area with benches and nice views of the center of Røros.

Halbostad Gård is located 10 km north of Høylandet city center. At the end of Besdalen where the beautiful Besa comes running down. Walking or skiing along the 5 km long mountain road along Besa is peace for the soul. In the surrounding areas there are plenty of opportunities for hunting, fishing and other nature experiences. Private dog yard where dogs can go in and out as they please.
