Rich hiking opportunities in the surrounding area and in Levanger municipality in general. Short distance to the beach Bed sheets and towels provided. Final cleaning by guest or host. Find peace in this idyllic place with lake views in proximity to mountains and hiking trails in the surrounding area. The detached house is located 10 minutes from Kvernberget Airport and 17 minutes from the city center by car. Only 7 minutes by car is Freimarka where there are opportunities for cross-country skiing in the winter and great hiking trails with Bolgavannet which is nearby. Both a travel bed and a high chair are available. Recommended to have a car.

In the main cabin there is a well-equipped kitchen, sauna, fireplace, bathroom with heating cables, living room, TV room and two good bedrooms. If 3 bedrooms are needed, the guest cabin must be used. There is a living room with sofa bed, wood stove and sleeping alcoves with ladder up. There is room for 9/10 people but best suited for up to 8 people. Ski slopes and fishing waters nearby. You can put on your skis outside the door. Approx. 15 min by car to the center of Røros.

Simple equipped kitchen, if you want equipment beyond the usual, it must be agreed upon in advance. Bed linen and towels must be brought. The apartment is for sale.
