Cozy cottage for rent at Røros Municipality.

Hytta ligger i et lite hyttefelt mellom Glåmos og Brekken med utsikt mot Aursunden 692 moh; ca 200 m fra fylkesvei 705. Den ble bygd i 1992 og har innlagt vann og strøm. Hytta er på 72 kvm, med kombinert stue og kjøkken, 3 soverom, bad, gang, VF, bod og hems. Kjøkkenet har komfyr, kjøleskap, micro, trakter, vannkoker, men ikke oppvaskmaskin, og er ellers utstyrt for ca 10 pers. Badet har dusjkabinett og vask, og i boden er det mulldo og fryser. Sov 1 har dobbeltseng, 150 cm bred Sov 2 og 3 har familiekøyer, 125 og 75 cm brede. Alle senger har overmadrasser. På hemsen er det 3 ekstra madrasser. Det er TV og DVD-spiller på hytta. Oppvarming av El-ovner og en vedovn. Hytta har en stor terrasse med utemøbler. Om vinteren blir det brøytet helt fram til inngangen, og det blir kjørt opp skispor innover bjørkeskogen. Avstander: - Røros, med sine severdigheter: 32 km, - Brekken med butikk: 9 km, - Vauldalen med oppkjørte skispor: 18 km, - Tenndalen i Sverige med flere alpinanlegg: 30 km, og Sølendet med Natur- og kultursti: 5 km. Når det gjelder Røros, som står på UNESCOs verdensarvliste, så kan det nevnes: Rørosmartna'n i februar, skuespillet Elden i juli/august (uteteater) og julemarked i desember.

In the winter, there are prepared ski tracks 300 meters from the house that will take you straight out into the World Cup trails.

Cabin on Røros close to Olavsgruva

Lovely cottage with jucizzi, barbecue living room and patio view towards Olavsgruva. In the main cabin there is a well-equipped kitchen, sauna, fireplace, bathroom with heating cables, living room, tv room and two good bedrooms. If you need 3 bedrooms, the guest house must be used. There is a living room with a sofa bed, wood stove and sleeping alcoves with ladder up. There is a bed for 9/10 people but is best for up to 8 people. Ski slopes and fishing waters in the area. Can wear your skis outside the door. About 15 min with a car to the center of Røros.
