The house is located near the top of Telethrio, a mountain in North Evia. A 5 minute walk from the nearest village, the house is on a lavender farm, surrounded by the forest. With an amazing view of Volos and North Evia and a 15-minute ride to the nearest beach, this is an ideal location for families, small groups of friends and travelers with a soft spot for nature and relaxing destinations. Only the ground floor is owner occupied (separate entrance); the rest of the house is available to rent.

Magda's house is newly renovated. It is built in 1962 and is located on the Southwest side of the village of Trikeri in South Pelion. It is 2 minutes walk from the central square of the village with the traditional kalderimi, 5 km from the port of Agia Kyriaki, 4.5 km from the village of Mylos, 7.5 km from Alogoporos that connects Paleo Trikeri (island) by water taxi, 6 km from the village of Kotes. Enjoy the simple things in this serene and central place to stay.
