Would definitely recommend this apartment it is beautiful and very clean. We were late getting in and Doris was very helpful in making our stay fantastic. Loved the place!

This home is exactly as its name suggests - upscale and picture perfect. We found everything as pictured, and a home that is beautifully and thoughtfully arranged and one that comes with a complete set of amenities and plentiful towels. Location is excellent and a short walk from the old town. The apartment is on the top floor, so be prepared for a good workout, especially if you have heavy luggage. Overall, it was a really wonderful stay and we appreciate the warm welcome and care offered by the hosts.

We had a fantastic stay at Robert’s apartment. He, and his mother, are extremely friendly and very helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the bed (and pillows!) very comfortable. The apartment is a 25-30 minute to the old town but a flat and pleasant walk. Thank you for our stay Robert!

Thank you for the lovely stay. It was very comfortable for our family of four. Darko was accommodating and helpful the entire time, including catching us before we left a bag behind and bringing it to us at the ferry! What a lovely host. The location is perfect -- easy access to the pedestrian zone, restaurants, the park. But not as busy as staying right in Old Town Split. There's a beach a 15 minute walk away which was also nice and easy to access.

It was a great stay. There were two of us and there was plenty of room. The apartment would also be suitable for four people. The sofa covers look a little old-fashioned, but the sensational view of the sea and the large terrace with a hot tub makes you forget that immediately. The landlady was very accommodating and helpful. Transportation from the airport to the accommodation was perfectly organized. Thank you for everything

The apartment was so beautiful and looked brand new , very clean and free of clutter. Lots of windows with pretty views of old town-we walked everywhere as everything is so close.

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! A group of 5 friends and I found Margita's home for our end-of-exams holiday and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! Leading up to and during our stay Margita was proactive, providing recommendations, excursions, and an eagerness to assist with any issues we might have. The villa was stunning, cosy and with a lovely interior and the three double-bedrooms we stayed in were comfortable and very pretty. The pool and grounds were also GREAT, large, spacious, and very peaceful. The pictures do not do Margita's house justice as we thought it looked better in real life! As for Sukosan, it was a beautiful and quaint little town a short walk from the villa, with lovely restaurants and a very wholesome atmosphere. Zadar is also only a ~12 euro uber away, which split between 6 friends was great value! Croatia is a beautiful country worth visiting, and I can firmly say Margita's villa will provide you with a brilliant home and area to stay in. Thank you Margita ❤️

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

The accommodation corresponds exactly to the description and the photos. We were 6th there and we lacked nothing. Downstairs there was a "sofa bed", which was also super comfortable. Everything was clean and as a little attention to welcome there was also a bottle of red wine, a bottle of white wine and an orange juice. The hosts were mega friendly. When we asked what to do in the area and also a little further away, we were informed of EVERYTHING within a very short time - of any activities, good restaurants, places to look at, etc . Further inquiries were answered within a very short time. The check-in and check-out could be individually coordinated. We can highly recommend the place and would definitely book again!

Goran and his wife Nikolina were truly exceptional hosts. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. Their warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail made our stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. It’s rare to meet people who go above and beyond with such genuine care — they didn’t just host us, they welcomed us like family. The warmest welcome from the host's family made the stay so special. The apartment is easy to find with good signage and instructions from the host. Check in was easy, and the apartment matches the photos. It's clean and spacious. The beds are quite comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showering. Air conditioning works great, but the apartment was pretty comfortable with just running the fans. We had a wonderful meal at the nearby restaurant Ambar, and enjoyed poking around the scenic Rastoke village. It's a bit of a drive to Plitvice park, but not too bad. We got the 2 day ticket, which I recommend, to do lower lakes, then upper lakes with plenty of time to relax and enjoy. The host was very friendly and gave great recommendations. We would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy the area.

Clean, comfortable, cozy. This condo met all our needs and, most importantly, it's close to Plitvice Lakes National Park. One thing to point out, and I think other guests also have mentioned this in their reviews, DO NOT let the exterior of the condo give you pause. Yes, the exterior of the building and the entryway need some TLC, but the interior of the condo is awesome. It's extremely clean and updated. People in neighboring condos were quiet. Also, there is a market nearby (within easy walking distance) with very reasonable prices. If we return to the area, we will definitely stay at this condo again.

We spent 14 pleasant days in September at Mate's large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well decorated. The view from the balcony very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 min walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old TOWN OF RAB.

The place was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free lounging options. In the apartment, everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was easily possible at any time. We will certainly be back!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

Great location, perfect for a short stay! Located just a 10-minute walk from the city center, it is ideal for easy access to restaurants, bars and attractions. The surroundings are lively, but still quiet enough to relax. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It really had everything you need for a short stay. Absolutely recommended!

This was our second stay and we really loved the location. All of the host’s recommendations for restaurants were excellent. It’s super comfortable with a really nice shower. It was also lovely that there was coffee for the coffee machine and just small touches like this. Highly recommended!
