Monthly Rentals in Trial Bay Front Beach

Amazing host. We escaped the cyclone from northern NSW as we lost our house in the last floods so we needed somewhere safe to spend a week. Atter discounted the property and gave us a night for free !! She is just so wonderful and rare to find human being interested in our wellbeing and safety only A kind and empathic host. The house was beautiful spacious and very close to the beach and the big clubhouse where we took the kids bowling. Overall a great experience

We absolutely love Jennie’s place. Third time staying for us and we feel like it’s our home away from home. The location is amazing - so close to the beach, restaurants and cafes, yet peaceful, relaxing and quiet. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are lovely and comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen are sparkling clean. We love staying at Jennie’s place and are always sad to leave.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was sparkling clean, beautifully maintained, and truly felt like a home away from home. The location is unbeatable, with the beach just steps away and stunning ocean views from the balcony. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and we felt so welcomed from the moment we arrived. We can’t wait to come back for a longer stay next time!

We absolutely loved our stay at Candace’s. The location is great - a 5min walk to Horse Shoe Bay (the main beach) and all cafes / restaurants in town. South West Rocks was stunning and the place has everything you need. We locked ourselves out on the first day and Candace arranged for us to be let in almost immediately. We would definitely come back!
