On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? In our cabin in the seclusion of the forest, you can relax beautifully and completely switch off. You will not find electricity, Wi-Fi and a hot shower here, the cabin is unique in that you can fully blend in with nature and break away from all the conveniences of today. Due to its location, it is a great starting point for planning trips to the beautiful southwestern corner of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands near Telč.

We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

The house was built by my grandparents and they spent most of their lives in it. When I inherited it, I didn't really know what to do with it. I travel a lot myself, so I decided to open it to people who love discovering new places as much as I do. I left some pieces of furniture as a memory of my grandparents and my childhood, so you will find not only modern comfort, but also a touch of nostalgia. There are two other apartments in the neighborhood where permanent tenants live. Bedroom: double bed + sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed is 140 cm wide. Flat screen TV + Amazon Prime. Possibility of storing sports equipment on the ground floor (separate lockable room). Suitable location for travel and tourism.

In the morning, you can enjoy a quiet breakfast on the terrace, a boat ride, refresh yourself under the solar shower during the day and relax in a hammock overlooking the sunset. In the evening, you will be warmed by a crackling fireplace or an open-air fireplace, while bats fly quietly overhead. Ideal place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

Parked in a pen with sheep and bees. If you want to see that there are still more stars in the sky at night than grains of sand in all the seas of the world, and soak your feet in the dew in the morning, you will fall in love with it.

The place is only accessible by car. The distance to NMNM 5 km, Vysočina arena 7 km. There is no shop or restaurant here. Everything is close to the wonderful city.
