Great location, peaceful and tranquil spot. Like having a hotel room in the middle of the countryside. With the added bonus of toaster and microwave and enclosed outside seating area. Great base for exploring Cornwall, the local beaches were great, we fell in love with West portholland. Roseland Stores were great for supplies and also some local produce. Used the King Harry Ferry several times to cut down on travelling time to Truro. We were sad to leave and hope to revisit in the future.

An stunning property within such a beautiful location - ideal for coastal walks, cozy pubs, beaches and quaint villages as well as the hustle and bustle of Truro & Falmouth. Fabulous for exploring The Roseland Peninsula as well as farther afield. The lodge itself was amazing ,whereby everything was considered to make our stay with two dogs and my elderly Mum comfortable and relaxed. From the outdoor shower for the dogs to the beautiful kitchen fitted with every appliance....to the peaceful location and secure perimeter- it is simply fabulous! Chris & his family are very amenable, whilst at the same time being very discreet allowing us to have a fabulous week reliving 'childhood family holidays' in this beautiful area of Cornwall .

Karen is an amazing host. So friendly and welcoming. Easy and prompt communication. Very comfortable chalet with private gardens, everything you need. Great location - beautiful village, shop and pub very close. Good bus connection to Portloe with entertaining bus driver. We spent a few days walking the south west coast path - stunning stretch of coast. Hope to return soon.

We had an absolutely wonderful family holiday at this Airbnb in Cornwall! The property was spotless, tidy, and well-maintained, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect – just a short walk to the stunning Cornish coast, making beach days a breeze. We had everything we needed for a great stay plus more. The house is very well kitted out. It was the ideal place to relax, unwind, and explore the beautiful surroundings. We couldn’t have asked for more and would definitely return. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
