Casa Gua•Yedra

Absolutely loved Yedras villa. Stunning inside and out with super comfy beds. The pool is bigger than it looks in the photos too! Looking forward to coming back x
A surfer is seen riding a wave in the vibrant blue ocean, with the glass of a beverage placed prominently in the foreground, providing a sense of depth to the scene. The surf reflects sunlight, creating dynamic contrasts in the water.

OverTheOcean, Big Terrace and XXL Bed

GregoryRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Absolutely beautiful apartment in a very quiet area in the north of Gran Canaria, located directly on a smooth pebble beach which is very popular for surfing - so if that's what you're here for, this apartment is unbeatable! There's not much around the local area in terms of town to walk to - shops etc. So if you like being in the "bustle" this isn't for you, but supermarkets are about a 20 minute drive away, and both Agaete and Las Palmas for example are 25-30 minutes away in either direction. Please also be aware that the north of the island can be a bit more cloudy and not as warm as the south etc... we were surprised by the difference! But it's very dramatic and beautiful. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean with plenty of towels etc... nice kitchen, although the dishwasher didn't work - we were told it would be repaired the next day, or day after, but this was not done in the end unfortunately. The views from the apartment are absolutely fantastic - plus great host.
The kitchen area features natural stone walls complemented by wooden accents. A modern countertop is equipped with a sink and ample storage below. Featured items include a bottle of wine, a wooden container, and a set of candles on a decorative tray.

"El Roquete", Feel the Sea

JellaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We love the north coast, because it is less touristic and more local. You have the same feeling in Pilars apartment, with local nabors and visitors in the harbour. It might be a little more cloudy and windy but never cold. The apartment is clean, cosy and very close to the ocean. We spent a lot of time on the terrace and enjoyed every second. There was everything we needed, to cook, even snorkle, towels, we didn't miss a thing. You can take a swim just in front of the door, the nearby beach which has a blue flag or in many of the nearby natural pools. You need a car to get around. There was a bit noise from some road repair and you have to park your car 200 meters from the house during the week, but nothing that bothered us. We definitely recommend Pilars place.

La Cueva de Caleta by Villa Gran Canaria

LinaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The place is really special. Once you've made your way through the banana plantations to the very tip of the island, La Caleta opens up like a little oasis. Your (rental) car has no business in the narrow streets, it is parked in a public square at the upper end. Walk down to the stone beach and after a few days you will have strong calves. The apartment is a small hideaway, away from everyday life and busy tourism. Here you have your peace and can listen to the sound of the waves 24 hours a day. Watch out for the surf, because the waves that drive the surfers into the adjacent bay like to hit the house wall in windy weather. But you're safe in the cave. Watch the anglers and crab fishermen, bathe in the sun and enjoy the sunset behind the distant Tenerife. A small restaurant provides a small snack, but for shopping, you have to leave Caleta for a moment.

A private heated pool is showcased with clear turquoise water, bordered by a concrete deck. Lush green mountains rise in the background, illuminated by sunlight. A lantern adds a charming detail next to the pool, against a backdrop of a white wall and a bright sky.

The best natural place in Gran Canaria-Heated pool

JaymeRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had a wonderful stay in this peaceful and quiet spot in Agaete, in the north of Gran Canaria. The house is located in a valley surrounded by beautiful mountains and nature, a perfect escape from the touristy areas. You can really disconnect here and enjoy watching the weather shift throughout the day, which adds to the charm. The house itself is very spacious. If you’re just with four people, it honestly feels like a palace. It’s beautifully decorated, with each part having its own unique style and character. The pool was a hit with the kids, and I loved being able to do a trail run and walk straight into the mountains from the property. A truly special place that we’d definitely love to come back to!
