Je propose à la location sur quelques périodes, grâce à ma super co hôte Tetyana qui organisera votre accueil. Ma maison (historique et de famille !) à Ste-Marine : Ty Plouz, surnommée Le Paradis par les amis, en 1ère ligne et bénéficiant d’une magnifique vue mer et accès direct à l’estuaire. Attention draps et serviettes ne sont pas fournis par défaut, mais sur simple message Tetyana peut s'en charger (tarif 25 euros le grand lit, 15 euros le petit lit, avec serviette de toilette).

Typical Breton house

It is a nice little typical Breton independent house, comprising a living room open to the equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet downstairs, upstairs (the staircase can be a little steep), 2 bedrooms accommodate 4 people. A washing machine, dryer, microwave, TV and BBQ complete the facilities. The beds are made on arrival. Outside, there is a terrace, parking spaces and an enclosed and wooded garden. Pets allowed under certain conditions. Relaxation guaranteed for the whole family.

Many opportunities for excursions, activities and visits will be available to you (Glénan, La Torche, Concarneau, Pointe du Raz, Quimper, Bigoudens fishing ports, boating and fishing, surfing, diving, thalassotherapy, golf, casino, hiking...)

Close to Audierne and its port, Pont-Croix and its small town of character, as well as Douarnenez, Pointe du Raz, Quimper. The house consists of four bedrooms including a master bedroom with sink and shower, three other bedrooms upstairs as well as two toilets and a bathroom with bathtub, with a large wooded garden.

Discover the Grannec ATAO estate perched on the Menez-Hom mountains, facing Locronan and the Bay of Douarnenez. The Ty Grannec ecolodge was completely renovated in 2022 (cut stone, natural bio-based materials). At the crossroads of the Bigouden, Glazik and Penn Sardin countries, the "La Grange" gîte, in operation since October 2021, is part of the Moulin de Kerguerhent estate dating from the 18th century.
