Small cozy fishing lodge with beach plot and stunning views of the sea. The sandy beach just below the house is as attractive in summer with a swimming jetty and beach café as it is in winter for lovely walks. Several seating areas on different floors. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, 6 km from Ystad. Very good transportation about 150 meters from the house, trains to Ystad and Simrishamn or Malmö and Copenhagen. Bus between Ystad and Trelleborg about 100 meters away. The Sydkustleden bike path runs just above the house.

Bright and nice wintery single storey house with 6 beds and one bathroom. The house is about 100 m2 large excluding outdoor space and wooden deck. Generous living spaces, light, spacious dining room, and glassed-in patio. The kitchen is stocked and grill is on the wooden deck. Large secluded garden with trampoline and other equipment for outdoor play. The house is located a stone's throw from the coastline and with walking distance to sandy beach. 5 km to Sweden's southernmost cape, Smygehuk, 30 km to Ystad and 18 km to Trelleborg.

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.

Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Close to Kämpinge/Höllviken/Skanör/Falsterbo/Malmö/Trelleborg/Copenhagen
