We loved this home, and Mats was a truly wonderful host. His gracious hospitality made us feel so welcome, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay, even finding a bike trailer for our young boys to enjoy and stocking the kitchen with thoughtful treats just for them. The house itself is cozy, comfortable, spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and set in a gorgeous forested area close enough to the sea to hear the waves from the back porch. Our stay was so relaxing and we can’t wait to return for another lovely holiday!

We spent a few days for NYE at Bibi's amazing cottage by the beach. Our dog loved the surrounding, perfect for relaxing long walks. We loved the very comfortable bed, with a huge tv to enjoy and cozy fireplace by the couch to unwind on. Here you can find everything you need (washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, smart tv, great wifi,...) while relaxing in this charming cottage, just a drive away from many interesting location/villages. The hosts were always available to answer any questions we had, and they provided a lot of details and suggestions about the house and surroundings. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

It was lovely in Charlotte's beautiful spacious house! And what a beautiful garden is at the house🌿☀️! You can see the sea from the house. We relaxed wonderfully in this beautiful environment!

In short, it's a calm and lovely place! The countryside is authentic and charming, offering a truly relaxing atmosphere. My family and I felt right at home. The apartment is spacious, with a large kitchen and two bedrooms featuring comfy beds. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed it. It's close to the seaside (with great views) and serves as a perfect starting point for various car trips. This part of Sweden is stunning. We can definitely recommend it for a short visit or even a longer (holiday) stay!

Nice little cottage with a great terrace, right next to the horse paddock. Check-in was without problems, communication as well. There is also a parking space right in front of the house. Check-in with key box and accurate information. You could also buy something from our own production, honey and salt. Thanks Catharina

We only spent two days in the small cottage as it is not far to the ferry to Trelleborg and is wonderfully close to the beach. Here you could go for a great walk. The sandy beach is magnificent and in the windy weather you saw many kitesurfers. Everything was perfect in the house, as described. Thank you so much for having us. We will be happy to come back.

Fantastic stay! Accommodation: totally beautiful apartment, lovingly decorated, views of the countryside and the deer really nice! Surroundings: Surrounded by nature, dirt roads and forest from the front door, yard very nice with all its animals Activities: feeding deer, contact with the animals, sauna, bathing lake, hiking in nature + national parks, many excursion possibilities, everything was really great! Nicola and her husband warmly welcomed us, we felt very comfortable - would be happy to come back! We were there as a family with a toddler and a dog. 🙂

Cozy pool house that feels private even though its located on Anna-Karin's property. Big plus it includes sheets, towels and cleaning. Good starting point for getting around on Österlen by car. Also located a great restaurant right around the corner. Thank you for your kind response:)

Perfect stay in this beautiful apartment. The view was splendid and the apartment was lovely. The city is accessible by taxi boat or bike. The amenities are functional. I recommend it.

The house is much more beautiful in real life than in the pictures. It was a spacious home with great amenities and a cozy atmosphere. The view of the lake was beautiful, a boat trip was possible and the beds were good.

Stayed 5 nights as a family of 6 and loved every minute. Amazing house and location. Ludvig and Anna couldn't have been more helpful. Huge thanks - I'm sure we will be back!

Super nice accommodation with everything you need for a stay in Åhus. Very affordable and spacious, we got much better accommodation for less money than those who stayed at the hotel next door. Very satisfied. Will gladly come back :)

A perfect stay – even better than expected! We spent 5 wonderful days in Jeannette’s beautiful apartment and truly didn’t want to leave. The place is exactly like the photos – if not even better! Impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed in cozy Scandinavian style, and fully equipped with everything you might need. You can tell a lot of love and care went into every detail. The location is perfect for exploring the south of Sweden – easy drives to Ystad, Trelleborg, Malmö, Lund and more. Plus, it’s just a short walk to both the beach and a nearby golf course – ideal for relaxed mornings and sunset strolls. It’s also very dog-friendly, which we appreciated a lot. One small note for fellow dog owners: the apartment is accessed via grating stairs. Jeannette informed us about this in advance (thank you!), and we were happy to carry our furry friend when needed. All in all, a truly wonderful place and a lovely host – highly recommended!

We had two wonderful weeks with Kristina and Kasper. The cottage is located directly on the beach and is equipped with everything you need. The beach is right in front of the cottage and the garden is perfect for small children with a swing and sandbox. Kristina and Kasper are super hospitable! Welcomed us so warmly, gave great tips and immediately responded to our wishes! We couldn't have asked for better! I'd love to come back!

I cannot recommend Helena's tiny house enough!! The space is very cozy, with a wonderful outdoor patio space. There are two bikes for use as well, which was so wonderful- we could bike easily to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. Helena is beyond accommodating and absolutely the best host 🤍

The accommodation was cozy and clean – we felt very comfortable. The communication went smoothly and quickly. The area is beautiful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. I highly recommend the stay and we will definitely come back!

A fabulous place to stay! We had 5 wonderful days in this tiny cottage wich literaly has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We were very lucky with the weather. Slow mornings on the quiet patio, beachwalks, village exploring, more walks, coming back to enjoy the peace and quiet while reading and an evening stroll in the garden to watch the colorful sunset skies. The kitchen had everything single thing you need, the bed was so comfy and communication with Mathilda and Rickard were always quick and friendly. We extended our stay with an extra night ( wich was luckily possible) and I think that says enough: we did not want to leave. Traveling with a very shy dog is sometimes challenging, but this place was perfect for her. I really would love to come over again one day and explore more of this beautiful area. Thank you Mathilda and Rickard for a lovely stay!

Eva was incredibly nice, helpful and accommodating – we really felt welcome. The accommodation was very fresh and sparkling clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great - quiet area and very close to the beach. Extra plus for being dog-friendly and having comfortable beds. We would be glad to come back!
