Small apartment, 35 sqm , which is usually used by children, grandchildren, relatives and friends, we now rent out on availability. Ideal for those who plan to spend much of the day hiking in the woods, on the beach and in the city. One room with king size double bed and two armchairs. Separate fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet and shower. Common main entrance to hallway, technical room and staircase up to private upstairs. Your entrance, your private, is directly adjacent to common entrance. Sheets and towels are not included.

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

Welcome to my lovely oasis❤️ Beautiful 1 bedroom in Sydhavnen. It is close to the new metro, so you can be at Rådhuspladsen in 10 minutes. The vibrant life in Sydhavnen with delicious coffee, and lovely restaurants, shopping opportunities are within walking distance it takes about 5 minutes on foot. The apartment consists of a small kitchen where you can easily cook some light food, fridge, and Airfryer. You have your own toilet and bathroom. There is a dining area for 3, and a bed. (120 cm)
