Monthly Rentals in Trecine

Easter was of course a risk with the weather. Then we found the villa. A pool heated to 33 degrees - just the solution. Large living and dining area with equally spacious terraces. Enough towels are available, everything is fine. Do not come with the sports cars (the last mile is gravel road) and adjust to the steps to the bedrooms. Then enjoy the tranquility and the view! Dinner at the oil mill is worth the money and the trip. 11 days went by too quickly.

Overall, a wonderful experience. Property is set in a beautiful and serene location overlooking the local lake. Home was ideal for our families. Marta was an excellent host. Always accommodating and very responsive. Would highly recommend this stay.

We spent 5 days in Passignano, convenient for visiting the surrounding towns and cities. Martina is very kind and always available. The apartment is really nice and well-kept. We have a large dog and the fenced garden is perfect. We had a great time! Highly recommended!!

Such a cute apartment. It has all of the things you need for a comfortable stay. It was stocked with plenty of linens, and was very clean. The location was great. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the lake. The apartment had a lovely view. Christian was very nice, and communicative. He checked in regularly to be sure I was comfortable and happy. He always responded quickly and was a pleasure to speak to. He met me personally to check in and explained everything about the apartment, and gave recommendations of things to do around. He is an excellent host.
