I had a perfect stay! Petar’s place was spacious, clean and comfortable with an absolutely gorgeous balcony view which has been one of my favourite parts of the trip. Petar goes above and beyond to make sure his guest has everything they need and enjoy their stay. He is very kind, friendly, and responsive. 10/10 would highly recommend. I’m looking forward to visiting and staying here again.

We are very satisfied. Gordana and Igor welcomed us quite well. The location of the apartment is very close to everything and in an incredibly quiet location. Thank you so much for everything, if I were to come back, I would choose Gordana's house again.

The apartment was super clean and in perfect shape. The location is perfect for grocery stores (Aroma and Idea) and transportation. Parking is not an issue at all. The internet speed and stability are pretty good (if you work in tech it's quite important). The host is super friendly and responsive. I don't see any negatives about the apartment. The only thing is the clothes do not dry (even in the hot weather) but it's related to Kotor so be careful with that.

this place was awesome! the view was amazing and we loved spending time on the balcony. Petar went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The house was even decorated for Easter and they left us welcome fruit, drinks, and Easter chocolate. The bathrooms were very clean and exceptionally nice. The kitchen had everything we needed and more to cook lovely meals. We have nothing negative to say. It is a hefty walk back uphill from town, but it was exactly as described. Great stay!

The host is very kind and respond quickly

We stayed at Iris place during Easter. We had a great time there. Everything was perfect. Contacts with Iris were fast. She answered so quickly. She explained everything so simple as possible. We enjoyed so much the veranda for our evenings. The place is perfect to visit Dubrovnik: around 30 minutes walk from old Town, really quiet area, near shops and restaurants. The turtles were so funny to see. We recommend the dos palmas so much. You will enjoy your time in Dubrovnik. If we come back to Dubrovnik we will definitely book again. Zoran kindly picked me up from the airport when I arrived and brought me to his lovely apartment in Cavtat. The apartment was perfect and as-described. The location is fantastic, seconds walk from the sea and several cafes and restaurants and very close to the main marina part of Cavtat. The apartment was clean, with complimentary Wi-Fi, shampoos, and several bottles of water in the fridge when I arrived. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend Zoran's apartment to anyone!

Wonderful stay, the host was so friendly and responsive, always replying quickly and was really helpful with suggestions. The location was brilliant only a 15/20 minute walk from the old town in Kotor. If you have a car like we did there is also parking which is really useful. There are 2 shops right outside the apartment. The place had everything we needed with plenty of towels and cooking utensils. The only thing I would note is that the shower head does not have a stand therefore you must use one hand to hold it up which was not a problem for us but may be less accessible. For the price especially it was a brilliant apartment and I would definitely recommend.

The house was very clean, nice and spacious. Pool was super and everything was very private. Ivana was super quick to respond to questions and the host Dorde was there to welcome us with some nice local food, wine, juice and home made rakia. He even took us to the mountains and supplied us all week with home grown vegetables. The house is 2,5 km from Herceg Novi, so it takes a taxi or a good walk to get to town. There is a bakery just next door and a local restaurant and market some 400 m from the house. We had a lovely time all 8(two families) of us. Would go again.

What a beautiful place to spend a weeks holiday - views are absolutely fantastic. its a great base to explore what the rest of the area has to offer. The house is a perfect size for two people and everything was very clean. Would recommend!

Stunning apartment with a incredible view and the best hosts. The garden is beautiful and the apartment has everything you could need. The apartment is a bit out of town but we managed the walk and taxis are available and cheap and the hosts helped us with these. We would recommend staying here and would hope to visit next time we are back.

It was very nice and cozy in the apartment. The views of the sea and garden were a feast for the eyes. Marija was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very well equipped so we were also satisfied with small luggage. We had a very good, relaxed time.

The building is new and the room was very clean and with everything you need to spend a few days in Kotor. The setting is beautiful and very quiet, and it has a spectacular view of the Bay of Kotor. Communication with Jaroslav was smooth and cordial. Thank you!

We had a really great stay here, it is a long way out from Kotor, but we like that, it was quite no noise. The night sky was awesome. Close to the sea was great to jump into from the ponta. (We did this every day) Also was nice to see the cruise ships coming out of Kotor in the distance. The place is homely, a little bit dated, but a proper Montenegro home which we liked. The added addition to having the local cats come to visit morning and evening was so good. We counted at least 10 + cats and kittens. Overall a great quiet place to stay.

We felt very comfortable at Nenad's! It's a great apartment with a lovely terrace. The kitchen was also well equipped (we would have liked a casserole dish). Nenad was very friendly and helpful, especially when we had trouble finding the place (drive to Ljuta, do not follow the automatic directions). Otherwise, the location is great: a bit away from the quite full Kotor you can enjoy the view of the bay with a wine or beer. And in just 2 minutes' walk there is a small concrete access to the sea. Clear recommendation! Thanks for the welcome beer in the fridge :-)

This apartment is in a great location in the heart of Lapad. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the hosts were very friendly, even allowing us to drop off our luggage early, which was a nice touch. Very close to a supermarket, really convenient, and it’s only a short five-minute walk to a lively street full of restaurants and bars. About a 10-minute walk to the public beach, and also a bus station right in front that brings you to old town - which was perfect for us. Despite being centrally located, the apartment was surprisingly quiet as it’s located on a side street. Although some previous reviews mentioned children, we barely noticed them during our stay. For location, quietness and host, I’d give this apartment a solid 10/10. I’d definitely stay here again when in Dubrovnik.

Alberto is a wonderful host, so warm, energetic and welcome, we felt like come back home. What a surprise with welcome fruits plate from the fruits from his garden. Next to the old city, but don't need the pay the high price by staying inside the old city and avoid all the tourists noises. Alberto's garden is so beautiful and truely an urban oasis. Thank you so much! ps: Uber to and from airport is only 25 euros or less, very convenient
