La posizione è ottimale perché molto servita e vicina a tutti i punti di interesse principali. Il nostro appartamento è stato ristrutturato a marzo 2024 ed è pronto ad accogliervi. L'appartamento è molto luminoso e ha un soggiorno con una zona cucina ben attrezzata, una camera matrimoniale, un bel bagno con una comoda doccia. Nel soggiorno abbiamo un divano letto.

In the immediate vicinity is the Burlo Garofalo Children's Hospital, excellence in pediatric pathologies. The accommodation, with a wonderful sea view, overlooks the cycle path that leads to the Valle Rosandra reserve. Very quiet and comfortable accommodation equipped with smart TV and home automation.

Ottimi i servizi pubblici con una frequente linea 5 e linea 8 che vi collegheranno al centro città in pochi minuti. Wir wurden ganz herzlich willkommen geheissen. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Wir hatten wegen Stau verspätung, was kein Problem für sie war. Ein Parkplatz war für uns extra vorhanden, da die Wohnung auf einem Berg liegt, wo Gassen eng und steil sind. Die beiden waren super hilfsbereit. Sofort und immer erreichbar. Sehr freundlich. Herzlich. Mit Leib und Seele Gastgeber:innen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden. Die Outdoor Dusche war ein Highlight. Wir kommen wieder. Sogar sehr bald. Danke euch beiden. Michi und Navid

Parkplatz in unmittelbarere Nähe zur Wohnung, Supermarkt vor der Türe. Check-In problemlos, Wohnung großzügig, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Absolut ruhig in der Nacht! Perfekte Lage, da man sowohl mit dem Bus sehr einfach nach Triest kommt, aber auch sehr viele Ziele in der Umgebung mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Karin's place is wonderful - everything is clean and comfortable, and the location is very good. It was a great base both for exploring the tourist sites and getting to know more local spots. Karin is super nice and friendly; I felt very welcomed and enjoyed chatting with her whenever I saw her around! I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends.

well first of all she is such a sweet lady..she welcomed us with a smile..her place is wonderful..so neatly kept..everything in order..she showed us our room, washroom and the kitchen.offered us breakfast..made us feel at home..all with a cute smile on her face all the time..the place itself is not far from the main station..all the cafes are in immediate vicinity..all in all it was a very happy stay for us at her place.. recommend it to all..😊

Eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung, sehr geräumig. Leider etwas hellhörig und im 3. Stock gelegen (was aus der Beschreibung nicht so hervorging, wir dachten eigentlich es wäre ein Haus). Dennoch haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Betten sind bequem, das Bad geräumig und auch in der kleinen Küche konnte man gut kochen. Das Viertel Roiano ist urig, man fühlt sich wie einheimisch. Die Anfahrt ist sehr steil und eng, das ist nichts für schwache Nerven, aber man kann das Auto während des Aufenthaltes bequem in der Garage lassen, das ist viel wert. An den steilen Anstieg gewöhnt man sich mit der Zeit, zum Glück ist es nicht besonders weit. Mit den Bussen kommt man relativ einfach überall hin. In jedem Fall eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Besonders nett fand ich den persönlichen Empfang, das gibt es nur noch selten.
