Flat in the old “Ponitzer Mühle” - mill

The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

You have a separate entrance (photo) in the detached house to a 41 m² apartment with bathroom, small bedroom, hallway and spacious living apartment with kitchen incl. Kettle, toaster, coffee maker. Everything on one level without stairs or steps. A Kinderkraft Sofi plus baby cot and a children's highchair are available. The apartment is very quiet on the outskirts of Greifenhain (Saxony). Baker is nearby. You park on the property for free right in front of the entrance door.

Look forward to a 63 m² apartment on the upper floor, modernly furnished and exclusively for up to four adults (at least 16 years old). From the rooftop terrace, you have a wonderful view of the lake and unforgettable sunsets. The apartment is located on the northern shore of Lake Hain (2-minute walk) in Leipzig's Neuseenland area, just 20 minutes by car from Leipzig.

The HOCHwasser vacation home is a special retreat with breathtaking 360° views over the lake and fields. Relax in the sauna or on the sheltered patio with a fire pit, barbecue, and lounge furniture. This place is available from April to September. Small cozy, rustically furnished wooden house in the countryside, in the immediate vicinity of Lake Haselbach. The cottage is right on our property and we are therefore available at any time. Pets are not allowed, as we have 1 dog ourselves, which runs freely on the property. In just a 15-minute walk you can cool off in the lake in summer temperatures. You can also walk through the forest and field.

This cozy tiny house is located right on a lake. You will spend your vacation on the idyllic property of a historic water mill in the middle of nature. There is a permaculture garden with chickens and a forest for hikes. If you want to go from nature to the big city, you only have to drive about 20 minutes to Leipzig. The tiny house is perfectly equipped. There is an oven and even a bathtub. Right in front of the house is a fireplace just for you.

I am happy to welcome you to the castle. Apartment No. 5 is located on the upper floor (2nd floor) next to apartment no. 4. The rooms are large and overlook the park to the north and east towards the church and entrance to the Audigast. This was one of the main servants' rooms, but today it is a modern version that protects and connects the past and present.
