O apartamento é bem equipado, confortável e muito bonito. A localização é boa, com transporte público e mercados/farmacia/restaurantes nas proximidades. A região é bem tranquila e silenciosa. Klaus sempre respondeu as minhas dúvidas rapidamente. Recomendo!

Wir haben uns gleich wie „zuhause“ gefühlt. Ein sehr netter Empfang und rundum mit Informationen versorgt. Sehr nette Unterhaltungen mit den lieben Gastgebern inklusive. 😉 Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an nichts. Es stehen einem tolle Optionen mit SUP, Kajak, Fahrrädern, etc zur Verfügung. Es macht aber auch Spaß einen Spaziergang um den See zu unternehmen oder einfach nur auf dem Steg am See den Blick schweifen zu lassen. Fazit: wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen bei Gelegenheit sehr gerne wieder! 🙂 vielen Dank!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub dort! :) Erik ist ein toller Gastgeber, der proaktiv kommuniziert, auf Wünsche schnell eingeht und auch für jegliches Feedback dankbar ist. Das Haus ist modern, sehr gepflegt und wirklich toll ausgestattet! In der Nähe befindet sich das Tropical Islands, es gibt viel Natur und nach Berlin ist es mit dem Auto auch nicht allzu weit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Schöne, große Wohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick! Unser Plan war Berlin zu erkunden was von Woltersdorf mit den Öffentlichen für uns sehr gut funktionierte. Es gibt eine gute Verkehrsanbindung nach Berlin ab Erkner mit der Bahn. Die Buslinie Nahe der Wohnung haben wir nicht ausprobiert , sind mit dem Auto bis Erkner und haben den kostenlosen P&R Parkplatz direkt beim Bahnhof genutzt. 👍 Familie Martin ist sehr sympathisch und angenehm. Alles in allem eine Reise, die uns viel Spaß gemacht hat!

Wir hatten ein paar tolle Tage bei Jessika während der weltgrößten Ruderregatta in Brandenburg. Die Unterkunft liegt super ruhig am Beetzsee und ist ideal, um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Die Gastgeber sind supernett und gehen auf Wünsche freundlich und schnell ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und die Unterkunft war nicht nur gemütlich und sauber, sondern vor allem traumhaft gelegen – mitten in der Natur, umgeben von Feldern, Wiesen und einer herrlichen Ruhe. Der weite Blick über die Landschaft von der Terrasse aus war wunderschön und erholsam. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Matthias’ Airbnb! Being in such a big city, this peaceful apartment lent some respite from busy days of touring and site seeing. Matthias was very communicative and responsive. He left some yogurts, fruit, granola, and plenty of coffee to enjoy for breakfast. He also left us some Easter treats since we were visiting over Easter! Such a sweet and welcoming gesture. Matthias had a binder with recommendations as well instructions on how to use the utilities in the house. The decor is unique and homey with an extensive record collection and many gorgeous house plants. I felt right at home and would love to stay here again when I come back to Berlin someday :)

Wir waren mit meinem Hund praktisch den ganzen Tag unterwegs und haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Das empfohlene Café für das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir wünschen Heike und ihrem Partner viel Erfolg und viele nette Gäste. Es war sehr schön!!!

Das Studio: Ein Zwischending zwischen Ferienwohnung und Arbeitsplatz. Anne und ihre Familie sind total nett; da ich das modern eingerichtete, im Grünen am Berlin-Rahnsdorfer Kanalsystem (Müggelsee u. östliche Umgebung) gelegene Studio über Weihnachten und Silvester gemietet hatte (um dort online zu arbeiten), haben sie mich gleich zu den Weihnachtsfeierlichkeiten und auch zu Silvester eingeladen. Ich hätte auch die Kajaks nutzen können (war aber zu kalt). Im Sommer, wenn man draußen auf den 2 Terrassen und im Garten sitzen kann, muss es noch schöner sein. Für die Tür-zu-Tür-Verbindung vom Studio zur S-Bahn-Haltestelle "Warschauer Straße" brauchte ich inklusive 700 m Fußweg, Bus und S-Bahn exakt 50 Minuten. So lange ist man auch innerhalb Berlins unterwegs. Ein Auto ist dennoch von Vorteil. Empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft, die wir für eine Workation genutzt habe. Auf dem Bungalow-Gelände ist sich gerade viel am Entwickeln, aber es war sehr ruhig und gemütlich. Vor dem Gebäude befindet sich auch ein großer Spielplatz. Allerdings gab es nur Elektroheizkörper, die bei sehr kalten Temperaturen an ihre Grenzen kommen können. Ansonsten alles Tiptop und die Nähe zum See und zum Wald ist wirklich ein großes Plus!
