In the heart of Salzburg old town! 2 mins walk to Mozart wohnhouse and 1 min to Mirabel garden. All sightseeing spots in city are within walking distance. Close to restaurants supermarkets and shopping. Barrier free. Newly renovated flat in a hundred years old building. Great mixture of historical charm and modern comfortableness. This is our home and we rent it out when we are traveling. It is perfect for family with kids but offers a good holiday place too for couples or group friends.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

The apartment was very nice. Everything was clean and exactly as described. It is extremely quiet, with beautiful views of the mountains and a horse paddock in front of the house. A small hiking trail with little public traffic passes directly by the house. The hostess also gave us many useful and helpful tips on site. All in all, a perfect place to stay.

Our stay at the Sonnenhütte was simply fantastic! The amenities of the cottage are really great and leave nothing to be desired. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which gave us a very pleasant feeling. Particularly noteworthy is that the cottage is perfect for people with dogs and children. There's plenty of room to play and romp. The view from the cottage is just great. We were able to enjoy the beautiful view every morning and experience nature to the fullest. We can only warmly recommend the Sonnenhütte and would be happy to come back!

The apartment is quietly and easily accessible, lovingly and modernly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. We felt at home with Ann from the first moment and enjoyed staying with her very much! Ann is a wonderful hostess, she always shared with us when we had questions, she even made an appointment for the vet at her doctor's office for us when our dog needed it. Our stay at Daniela’s place was absolutely wonderful! She was an amazing and proactive host responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. The house itself is beautiful, with stunning woodwork that gives it so much character and warmth. The area is full of breathtaking views and perfect for endless, calming walks through nature. If you’re looking to unwind, this is the place. The house is well-equipped, cozy, and clearly cared for with love. We enjoyed our stay here so much! The house is very nice, quiet, spacious and comfortable. We were impressed by the very big attention to the small details, as you can find everything you need there for the stay. We and our kids enjoyed the big cozy living room, terrace in the amazing apple tree garden with the flowers. You can find lots of interesting places for some sightseeing - Wels, Linz etc. are just 15-20 away by car. For the kids we would strongly recommend Wels science museum and small city routes + zoo. Small bakery is 4 min on foot from the house, supermarkets/cafes are also very near. The host is super hospitable, thanks a lot for all the recommendations provided.

We just had a great time. 30 mins from Salzburg in the car. 10 mins from decent sized town with Billa supermarket and plenty of restaurants etc. We wanted a home from home and that's exactly what we got. Katharina was a great host (even before we arrived). She even offered to get pizza ordered for us for when we arrived. She greeted us well and showed us our facilities - which were perfect. The view from the house to the mountains is breathtaking. Wifi is a little "Shaky" but this was minor for us. I would suggest a smart TV for the living room but again not a big deal with so much to do around the area. The Apartment is beautifully decorated and has all the things one would need for a short stay. The balcony is lovely. We will definitely book again. Thank you, Katharina.

The house is equipped with everything you need. The pellet stove was perfect for heating. A great view and quiet. You're at the end of a cul-de-sac that leads to the slope. That's why you have the great view. The house is small but perfectly utilized. We didn't miss anything.
