Guests appreciate the peaceful surroundings and the short walk to the lake. Perfect for relaxing and exploring the beautiful Salzkammergut region, ideal for hiking and swimming. The apartment is on the ground floor with its own entrance, so there are no stairs. Private parking is next to the apartment, and guests can enjoy a small garden arbor.

Enjoy nature and the sensational view towards Traunstein, Grünberg and into the distance in the self-sufficient tiny house. Try a more sustainable lifestyle by using resources consciously. Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. In the tiny house, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room await you. In front of the house you can relax comfortably and enjoy the sun.

The proximity to the Feuerkogel cable car (4-minute walk) and the Traunsee offers a variety of excursion possibilities. Our cottage is heated exclusively with wood. A basic equipment for living is available. On request we can offer wood for the fireplace. The complete plot is available for well-being.

In summer you will find numerous opportunities to hike, climb or mountain bike and then you can refresh yourself in the natural pool or relax in our panoramic sauna overlooking the Hochkönig.
