Cozy old mill with wonderful mountain views

The old mill in beautiful nature overlooking the mountains has been lovingly renovated and has comfortable space for 6 with its 120 sqm of living space. The house is quiet and alone and has a fully sunny, invisible terrace and a wildly romantic garden by the creek. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped country house kitchen, living room with fireplace, large dining table, cozy large sofa and TV corner. A total of 5 bedrooms and bathroom, as well as sauna and shower.

This house is one of the oldest buildings in Schwarzau in Trostberg and was listed in 1925 as the chicken coop of the Baumburg Brewery. Today, the bathroom, open living-dining area and kitchen are located on the first floor. The stairs lead to the beds, with one bed in the open loft and one in the bedroom behind it. Within 400 meters there is a bakery, shopping, outdoor swimming pool and ice rink, bike trails on the Alz, playgrounds and much more.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. A walking distance to the city center with its markets, cafes and beer gardens. In an hour you are in Munich. It takes 30 minutes to get to Salzburg. Both are easily accessible by train. The train station is a 10-minute walk from our house. Chiemsee, Wagingersee - 10 minutes by car :-)

This vacation home Lutz has 3 bedrooms, a dining area, a modern kitchen with dishwasher, kitchen utensils and a living room. Newly built in 2018, the fully furnished vacation home awaits you with modern furnishings. It includes a private terrace and bathroom with shower and bathtub. Each room overlooks either the quiet garden or the picturesque mountains.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
