Vacation rentals in Tratturo

One of my best AirBNB experiences, I slept really well in this lovely apartment. The exterior of the building was quaint and had character but the insides were modern, recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Fontecchio is a small but really charming little village and a great base to explore this corner of Abruzzo. The only thing is that public transport is extremely limited in this kind of rural area so you will have to rent a car if you are thinking of staying in Fontecchio. But otherwise, I rarely give out such great reviews on AirBNB - this is definitely an excellent choice, I truly recommend this place based on my great experience. Every time we encountered a minor issue, Fabrizio and Todd looked into it and took care of it at once, you can't ask for more. Thanks so much for a great holiday.

An Impeccable Stay for Relaxation and Smart Working! I had the pleasure of staying in this vacation home and was extremely impressed. If there is one thing that immediately catches the eye, it is the impeccable cleanliness: every corner, from the bedroom to the bathroom, was shiny and cared for in every detail. You immediately feel the attention and dedication of the managers in keeping the environments not only welcoming, but also hygienically perfect. This is a fundamental aspect for me. As a remote worker, the quality of the internet connection is a top priority, and I can confirm that the Wi-Fi here is excellent thanks to the fiber. The connection has always been stable and fast, allowing me to participate in video calls, download large files, and manage my work activities without any hitches. The hospitality was fabulous and I highly recommend Casamè. I'll definitely be back, see you soon.

We spent an incredible stay in your house, the design and location are outstanding. And it’s a beautiful combination of architecture, design and nature!

5 Stars – A Romantic Gem in the Heart of Abruzzo This cottage is an absolute dream! Tucked away just 5 minutes from Sulmona and 7 minutes from the postcard-perfect village of Pacentro, it’s the ideal romantic hideaway. Peaceful, beautifully styled, and surrounded by stunning countryside—it feels like your own slice of Italian heaven. Francesca has thought of everything. The house was spotless and incredibly well stocked—the fridge and pantry were filled with thoughtful touches that made our mornings easy and our evenings cosy. We enjoyed a mix of eating out at local favourites and cooking at home with gorgeous local produce. If you're thinking about booking—don’t hesitate. You’ll fall in love with this place just like we did!

We were delayed arriving but Antonio didn't seem to mind. He met us and showed us all around the apartment. The apartment has beautiful views of the snowcapped mountains with easy access to everything you could need. I would 100% recommend this spotless apartment to everyone.

Pictures don’t give this place justice! It’s was absolutely stunning, like out of a European magazine! Romano was extremely helpful and very responsive. It was extremely spacious for our party of 6 and ample amount of washrooms and bedrooms/beds. I have nothing bad to say, and without question would recommend this place. Highly recommended contacting Romano just to help you find it, as it’s slightly confusing to find. But he did tell us to contact him once we arrived in town. And the terrace …..breathtaking! Can’t wait to come back:) Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!!

Letizia and her family welcomed us impeccably. The house was perfect for our needs, I stayed with my brother and everyone had their own room. If I had to go back to Sulmona and its surroundings, I would have no doubts, I would definitely go back to them. Thanks to everyone!

Daniela and Andrea were amazing host. They are both extremely kind and made you feel welcomed. Their apartment is so cute and cozy, made me feel at home. The place was spotless and the bed was comfortable. They also had thoughtful touches, like wine (we are not drinkers, but appreciated the gesture) eggs, milk, pasta and home made tomato sauce and so much more. 🥰We had a concern and they were really responsive and accommodating. We honestly did want to leave, that’s how at home we felt. The people in Sulmona are attentive and caring and never felt out of place. If you’re looking to stay at an incredible place, please do not pass on this one. 5 Stars all the way. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
