The cottage is quietly located on a cul-de-sac with very little traffic, about 300 meters from the harbor and 650 meters from the beach. The cottage has a tiled bathroom with a shower cubicle and its own washing machine. Kitchen with dining table, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and sofa bed. There is a large plot with room for play, and a large trampoline! Or come to enjoy the peace and quiet, and the beautiful view of the lake, which is almost magical, especially at sunset.

Läjet is an old fishing village with cute wooden houses, narrow alleys and harbor. In the summer there's a long line to the icecream café Tre Toppar and good food is served at Joel's brygga. Nearby there is a bus stop to Varberg, which is a lovely summer town, known for its fortress, salt bath, spa and surf. Ca 40 min. to Gothenburg by train or car to Ge-Kå's in Ullared.
