Kurze Wege ermöglichen maximale Flexibilität während deines Aufenthalts. Herzlich willkommen in unserer 2019 liebevoll neu eingerichteten Ferienwohnung im 1. Obergeschoss! Auf Sie wartet eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Essbereich (inkl. Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle), ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Smart-TV, zwei helle Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten) sowie ein Badezimmer mit Wanne und separater Dusche. Ein Reisebett ist auf Wunsch zustellbar. Genießen Sie die Sonne auf dem überdachten Südbalkon oder nutzen Sie den Garten mit Grillmöglichkeit.

Kinder können dort das Spielhaus, den Sandkasten, die Nestschaukel oder die Slagline und das Trampolin zum toben benutzen, die Erwachsenen ein Buch auf den Daybeds lesen.

Vacation home on the edge of a vacation home area. About 1 km from the nearest village of Sulzdorf. The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake in Lower Franconia (about 17 hectares) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. Core removed by 2017 according to KfW standard and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Previously used as a weekend house and home office. We are new to Airbnb :) .

The Remise is an outbuilding of Bedheim Castle. In the house there are 2 bedrooms (a guest room with 2 beds and a dormitory with 10 beds), 2 bathrooms (each with 2 toilets and a shower) and a large kitchen-living room with a fireplace. Parking is available on the castle grounds.
