Unbelievable view from the apartment,photos didn’t do it justice.

Alberto’s apartment was in a fantastic location for everything we needed. 20minutes walk from train station, grocery store & bakeries were a 2 minute walk away. Alberto was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We struggled with the self-verification but Alberto was helped. We looked for an iron & Alberto took one to the apartment for us the very next day. Would highly recommend the apartment and Alberto was a great host.

We loved this flat in Venice! It was super peaceful and quiet and outside of the busy and touristy centre. Great restaurants and bars close by and walkable to everything. It really felt like a peaceful oasis. I would highly recommend it and I would definitely stay there again.

Alessandro was great: available, friendly, helpful and very nice overall. The location is great, in the nicest area of Mestre, the bus stop is right in front of the apartment and the city main square is at walkable distance for anyone. The neighborhood is filled with commodities, restaurants and services. The apartment is huge but cozy and Alessandro and his co-host are planning to make it even more amazing. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the location … walkable from train and walkable to the center of town. Easy to get coffee in the morning and convenient markets for drinks and snacks in the flat. Amelia and her dog coffee greeted us warmly upon arrival. Flat is clean and comfortable.

Nicola was very accommodating and very friendly! We enjoyed the place so much. We felt very comfortable. It was clean and super modernly equipped. The location is also great, it is quiet and lying in a nice area. Lido de Jesolo is about 7 minutes by car. We can only recommend the place.

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. Katharina is a very nice and helpful host and I felt very welcome. The apartment is beautiful, very stylish and lovingly decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It is centrally located and yet quietly located in a dreamy little villa with an equally beautiful cafe. For me it was the perfect stay!

The place itself has everything you need, nice and pretty. Comfortable furniture. Parking is offered on site, not much space but enough for one car. The road next to house is narrow so be careful when coming and going. Overall had a good experience, no problems !

Absolutely beautiful place . Everything was clean. The place was as described. Julia was very kind and quick to respond to messages. The location of the place was absolutely perfect. Peaceful villa area, close to the sea, bus, supermarket, restaurant. We visited the nearby historic town of Caorle and also took advantage of a boat ride to Venice from the city of punta Sabbioni. We're so glad we chose this place and stayed with Julie. Highly recommend !! :)

Excellent Hosts! Lovely property and amazing location. Suitable for families and secure free car park is cherry on top! Fuel/Supermarket and Restaurants are very close by! Venice airport is 25 mins drive.

A fantastic and very tastefully furnished apartment. There is everything you need in terms of amenities. The location is absolutely great, we left the car parked during the stay, as everything could be easily explored on foot. Marialuise welcomed us personally and was available to us at all times - a very nice and warm woman. We booked through Airbnb for the first time and were thrilled that we landed such a lucky find. As soon as we entered, my wife had a huge smile on her face. We loved the place and enjoyed our time there. Ute was very helpful and responded to any question/request within the hour, usually with more information that we didn’t know we needed! The area is lovely, nestled right below mountains in all directions. Can’t recommend this location enough!

Everything was really perfect: the apartment was sparkling clean and decorated with a lot of love for detail – you immediately notice that someone was concerned here to make the guests' stay as pleasant as possible. The kitchen is super equipped – ideal if you like to cook yourself. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept great there! There is also a lot of space and storage, which is very pleasant, especially for a longer stay. The value is simply fantastic . I'll be more than happy to come back!

We spent two days in this B&B and couldn't have made a better choice! The apartment is completely renovated, all new and with attention to detail. The walk-in closet is beautiful, the bathroom is impeccable, and the kitchen and living room modern, cozy and super equipped One of the highlights is definitely the huge terrace, perfect for relaxing. The house is equipped with everything you need: pots, coffee maker, tea, mugs, cutlery... everything is super clean! The sheets were fragrant and super soft, and the raised bed was so comfortable that in the morning we didn't want to get up. It's also equipped with Netflix and every possible comfort, making your stay even more enjoyable. The location is in a quiet but convenient area to reach everything easily. Considering the quality of the apartment and the impeccable renovation, the price is really great. A special thank you also to the girl who manages it: very kind and always available
