From start of the booking to the stay George was extremely helpful with advice. The house was excellent for what we needed. It was close to metro and the facilities offered were first rate. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great for food preparation. A very enjoyable stay. Thank you George

The scent in the whole apartment is amazing, and very nice decor brining the room alive, looks better in real life than the pictures! Secure and safe car park is a bonus. Will be back for sure ✅

Great place, was just perfect for us visiting family and friends. Big rooms, well decorated and fitted out with everything you need for your stay. Great location, can jump on the met in 5 mins, lovely parks and walks from the apartment. Gated grounds with secure parking. A gem, will stay again.

A simply wonderful property! Starting with its location - easy to find, 5 minutes from the motorway but in the quietist of cul-de-sacs. The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos - stylishly decorated, very well equipped, and immaculately clean. Gill was very quick to reply to all our messages, and there were nice welcoming touches in the apartment. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance, the stylish shops of Beech Road are five minutes away, and the huge Chorlton and Sale parks little more (or one stop on the Metro). There is a great bus service on Barlow Moor Road and the Metro less than 5 minutes away. My wife and I stayed here for a week, and can't recommend it too highly.

Thanks David and Margie for a great stay, the apartment is beautiful in a very safe and secluded area. It had a real luxury feel with great bedding and towels, etc. A great deal of care has been taken to tastefully decorate the apartment. There is a a secure covered area for your car and it is so quiet there, perfect for relaxation. The surrounding area is lovely. I went out a couple of times to explore, the hosts were very helpful with suggestions for my morning run. The kitchen is well equipped and it was a lovely touch to find some groceries there to welcome me and make my stay better. David checked me in and took time to show me around to ensure I knew how everything worked. The shower temp dial is a but stiff but it will turn down with perseverance! And the wifi in the flat is not good, I was warned of this, but my devices continuously kept dropping off the connection, which was frustrating. Still made for a peaceful stay! Many more positives than these 2 points though.

Jawaad was a great host. His place was immaculate. It was a 15-20 min ride by uber into the city centre. His communication was great and directions spot on. There is a Wetherspoon pub across the road which was convenient. Overall a very good stay.

Karl was a superb host and the apartment was 10/10. Karl met us on arrival and showed a genuine, warm care for our visit. The apartment was lovely and homely, with lots of vintage items, with great access to Buxton’s sights and walks.

We only stayed for two nights for a quick fly through visit, but we were really impressed with the flat. It was clean, tidy and comfy. We loved all the little details Sarah added in, so many recommendations on things to do and she even left us milk and biscuits for when we arrived. Really wonderful spot, great value for money, will be booking again.

We had a fabulous stay here. The location was perfect to catch the tram, and offered a huge variety of cafes, restaurants and shops in walking distance. The house was bright, warm, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It was a very charming building. Getting in and parking was all easy thanks to Nic’s simple instructions, and communication was great throughout. I would 100% return and recommend to others.

Flat was clean and comfortable. We loved the decor and the riverside terrace. The area has plenty of pubs and restaurants within walking distance and Macclesfield parkrun is just up the road. There was a lovely local guide left printed in the house which was helpful choosing somewhere to eat in a new area. Parking was a bit complicated, but Scott gave plenty of tips on where to park, both free and paid. They were responsive to questions and really helpful throughout our stay. Really handy for the train station as I had to go to London for an event. Under 5 minutes walk. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great place to stay in Manchester. Really spacious flat with comfortable bed and common areas. I’d been staying in hotel for several days, so it was nice to have a washing machine, full kitchen, and even a tub in the bathroom and make myself at home for a few days. The location is really quiet and off the beaten path. It is about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the heart of the Northern Quarter, and more time to other areas of downtown. Lots to see and do in Manchester, but mostly just really enjoyed having a wander around. Had a really good time visiting all the bakeries in neighboring Ancoats! I ended up making this booking on the same day I was checking in and Ryan was really communicative in both accepting and the booking and getting me checkin details quickly. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Phil and Anne were wonderful, even before we arrived we needed to switch our dates and they were happy to accommodate the change without fuss. On arrival we were shown where to park and around the accomodation, which was just as described, clean,tidy, super comfortable and had all the described amenities and lots of little touches that made our stay perfect. Thank you both for a wonderful base for our trip.

We have stayed a few times at Holly’s and it’s always in pristine order and it’s ideal for the surrounding villages and all walkable. I can’t recommend enough 👍

Lionel and his partner are incredible hosts with a great flat that is seconds away from some of the best locations in Manchester. The building's amenities are fantastic and there are great views from both the flat balcony and the pool. Greatly enjoyed my stay and happy to meet them.

I would definitely revisit Jess’s place again. The location is conveniently situated just outside the bustling center, with several bus stops nearby that make it easy to reach the Trafford Center for shopping, as well as visit the iconic Manchester Football Stadium. I had a fantastic time relaxing in the evening by the cozy fire, which created the perfect atmosphere for our mini date night in the flat. The space was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to unwind and enjoy each other's company without distraction. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops and charming urban cafes within walking distance, making it a great spot for grabbing a coffee or exploring unique finds. Overall, the combination of comfort, accessibility, and a vibrant neighborhood makes it a wonderful place to stay.

Excellent hosts and accommodation. My family and I had a very pleasant stay here, the place was comfortable and well equipped. The grounds surrounding the house are impressive, peaceful and well kept. The hosts, Pam and John were both super friendly and helpful. One my fav AirBnBs!
