Relaxing Spanish Stunner House near the Queen Mary

Sink into the leather sofa under a triangular wood-framed picture window and admire the art and colorful rugs that fill this Spanish-style home. Outside, take a dip in the shared splash pool, relax on the sunny patio, or gather around the fire pit. Please note, there is a guest house in the backyard. The backyard is a common area amongst guests. The splash pool is small, only 3.5 feet deep. All guests must use their discretion in practicing social distancing. This space is a classic Spanish style house built in 1932, but has been completely renovated with all new everything. We are nestled in the heart of the historic Wrigley neighborhood in Long Beach. A fully equipped kitchen, crisp linens (hypoallergenic), towels, games, and Netflix await you. You'll find coffee, tea, water, and some rotating treats floating around. You'll also love the 56 inch 4k Smart LED television. Jet to downtown, the beach, Bixby Knolls, Cal Heights or Belmont Shore within minutes. Several culturally diverse restaurants with fantastic food, and amazing coffee shops, sprinkled around the neighborhood just a short drive away. -The Spanish House has a completely detached small guest house in the rear of the yard called "The Little Bungalow" that is also an airbnb. Other than that the whole front main house is entirely yours and private! -The pool and fire pit are common areas, but you can use them at any time. -You will be given a temporary access code for the front door prior to your arrival. Please note, the door locks automatically upon exit, so you'll need to enter the access code each time. You may see me out and about in the back yard at times, feel free to come and say hello. Sometimes I make friends and we chat outside around the fire pit, sometimes I'm away. However, I will respect your privacy and our level of interaction will be organic. If you have any questions during your stay, don't hesitate to message me! The home is in a culturally and architecturally diverse neighborhood of Long Beach. Shops and restaurants are about five or six blocks away, so it is easier to bike, drive, or ride-share instead of walking to attractions. The beach, aquarium, Queen Mary, and convention center are all about 2.5-3 miles away. Some people bicycle, but I recommend driving/UBER/Lyft to get to most places. 1) There is one airbnb called "The Little Bungalow" located in the back of the yard. This is entirely separate with it's own entrance. 2) The Spanish House has its own private parking in the front driveway. 3) The main backyard is a common area, for all guests to share and use the pool, and fire pit. 4) The pool guy comes early Friday mornings for 15 minute maintenance. 5) The gardeners come Wednesdays for 1 hour maintenance.

Rustic Space Perched in the Hollywood Hills

Wake up in the cabin-like bedroom and step out onto the sun-drenched terrace for a cup of coffee or tea. Listed in Time Out “Top Airbnb’s in LA” https://www.timeout.com/los-angeles/hotels/best-airbnbs-in-los-angeles An extremely well designed open plan guest unit: complete with queen bed, bathtub & sink, private toilet, small fridge, with inside and outside hang out space and a strong bluetooth speaker for music. Also included is a hot plate, all cooking utensils necessary, a Nespresso machine with pods and an American standard coffee pot with coffee and sugar, a microwave, and filtered drinking water. (the iMac and screen are removed from the desk, and the unit will be delivered with no clutter of any kind. Bring your devices as they will be happy with the blazing fast internet and power ports all over the house, inside and out.) Toilet and sink are located 1 step from the French doors, behind the antler of the main picture of the listing. Fridge also located outside the unit by one step from the opposite french door. Guest unit requires your ability to climb many stairs from the street level, so it is best as a guest you are comfortable with stairs. You may access the exterior day bed shown in the photos and outdoor shower on the walkway up to the guest unit. The guest unit is at the rear of my home with complete privacy. The outdoor shower is shared with the main house. Guests have their own private entrance and exit to the shower from the guest unit. Stairs! It is required you walk up three sets of stairs from the street to access the guest unit in the back of the home. Guests that are comfortable with stairs will have no issues. I am happy to help any guests with their plans while here in the city on their arrival. Afterward I am reachable via email or text throughout your stay to offer any more guidance or help. The guest suite sits on a quiet street, near Franklin Village, restaurants, and the lovely Griffith Park. The neighborhood’s dramatic hills are great for walking, and it’s convenient to Hollywood, Los Feliz, and Silver Lake. Parking is always available on the street in front of the house (and it's FREE) and the local DASH bus is available in a matter of minutes after a short walk down the hill that goes straight to the metro. Renting a car while in LA however is recommended as the city is very large. Many of my guests use Uber as well for its convenience. No Smoking inside the unit. No pets. Outdoor shower is shared with the main house. Location is not conducive for guests with young children.

It is a very private beach cottage style house with open beam ceilings, and a double car garage and is close to everything you could ever want in the beach village of San Clemente.
