Vacation rentals in Trabazos

Where to begin. We chose Jesse’s place to begin our family trip to Portugal and it set the tone in all the right ways. From the recommendations to take a tour with Nuno & Grapeland to dinner cooked by the neighbors, we didn’t want to leave. Jesse & his neighbors even helped us out of a ‘rite of passage’ moment when we got our car a bit stuck on a vineyard road during the nationwide power outage. We truly hope to return one day and the memories of this trip will last us a lifetime. The photos will never do the place justice as it consistently took our breath away.

Such a wonderful place and wonderful hosts! It’s remote, too far normally to walk to town, but our hosts did a great job of supplying us with breakfast food and wine, so we were never without the important things. Beautiful place, beautiful views, lovely pool (too cold to use when we went), sauna and workout room. Wineries all around the area. Many thanks to our very responsive and enjoyable host, Tania

Phillipa and Paul were absolutely lovely to work with and their property is unbelievable! We felt like we owned a Quinta for a few nights! we got to explore the property, visit with Paul and one of their sons, and savor the beauty of the Douro. They were proactive with communication and sourced a number of wonderful adventures, activities and meals. Without their guidance our trip would have been less fun!

No puedo estar más satisfecha con la elección de este alojamiento. La casa es preciosa, cuenta con muchísimos detalles que hacen que la estancia sea perfecta. En mi caso viajo con dos niños pequeños y había un montón de juegos que pudieron disfrutar y un jacuzzi que evidentemente les llamo muchísimo la atención. Colchones y almohadas cómodas. Tenía miedo de pasar frío pero todo lo contrario, si no enciendes la chincheta hay calefacción. Pero sin duda lo mejor es la cercanía y amabilidad del propietario y de la persona que nos recibió, Berti un placer haberle conocido y muchísimas gracias

Un lugar increíble para alojarte en tu estancia en Salamanca, super tranquilo, limpio y sobre tofo esta cerca de la estacion de tren y del centro de la ciudad

Very nice and cozy place. Lots of space and a very peacful retreat. A little highlight were the donkeys lurking at us while sitting in the garden. Ricardo was very friendly and helpful. Would come again!

Luisa is a great host: very kind and friendly! She has surprised us with a rich breakfast full of local veggies from the garden and traditional bread from the region. Her suggestions have also helped us to come with a road trip plan for the next day. Very picturesque scenery, great views, comfortable, thoughtful and cozy house with modern equipment and stylish furniture. Everything was clean and functioned amazingly. We were more than satisfied! If we come back to Douro Valley again, we'd definitely make a stop there again!
