alex의 숙소는 매우 만족스러웠습니다 ! 스스키노 메인 거리, 삿포로역까지 택시나 대중교통으로 비교적 가깝게 이동할 수 있었고 버스정류장은 정말 가까이에 있었습니다! 지하철역은 걸어서 10분 정도 걸렸고 크게 멀다는 생각은 들지 않았습니다. 삿포로역과도 걸어서 이동가능한 수준이었지만 캐리어가 있다면 어차피 만원 내외로 나오기 때문에 택시를 추천드립니다. 앨리베이터가 있어서 캐리어를 옮기는데 아주 수월했으며 얼리 체크인이 가능해서 짐을 놔두고 점심을 먹으러 갔기 때문에 alex에게 매우 감사했습니다. 숙소는 사진과 일치했으며 곳곳에서 alex의 배려가 돋보였습니다. 숙소가 꽤나 넓다고 생각했고 와이파이 사용이 가능했습니다. 웰컴 초콜렛과 생수가 인원수대로 준비되어 있었고 거실에도 히터가 있었고 거실과 조금 떨어진 방에도 히터가 하나 더 있었기 때문에 머무르는 동안 따뜻하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 그뿐만 아니라 헤어드라이기 외에 고데기까지 구비되어 있어서 게스트가 전압에 맞춰 따로 준비해가지 않아도 되었기에 이것이 매우 세심하다고 생각했습니다. 세탁기와 세제도 준비되어 있어서 머무는 동안 세탁을 할 수 있었던 점도 좋았습니다. 수건도 굳이 세탁을 하지 않아도 될만큼 매우 넉넉하게 준비해주셔서 감사했습니다. 숙소 바로 앞에 로손이 있고, 350m정도 거리에 세븐일레븐이 있어서 편의점 이용도 편리했습니다. 근처에 토리톤스시 맛집이 있는데 만약 토리톤을 방문할 예정이라면 그곳은 웨이팅이 매우 길기 때문에 대기 등록을 해두고 숙소에 돌아와서 기다려도 됩니다. 혹은 근처에 맥주박물관이 있기 때문에 토리톤 대기 등록 후 맥주박물관을 다녀와도 시간이 충분할 것입니다. 다시 삿포로에 방문한다면 alex의 숙소에 다시 머무르고 싶습니다!

洞爺湖の静かな地域にありプライベートが保てる立地であった。洞爺湖が部屋から見ることができて特に天気の良い日のサンライズやサンセットは特別な時間を過ごせた。インテリアもこだわっている感じがあり、センスがよくて清潔だった。アメニティも全て揃っていた。レストランの選択肢もたくさんではないがあった、調理器具もなんでも揃っており自炊もできた。ベッドはマットの硬さがちょうど良く熟睡できた。洞爺湖温泉街やニセコの喧騒から逃れ非常にリラックスできる特別な場所だった。ニセコ(45分)やルスツのスキー場(20分)まで車で行くことができて便利な場所であった。オーナーさんがオススメのカフェ、温泉など教えてくれたり、困った時にすぐ対応してくれてとても親切で安心して滞在できた。その他にも滞在者にわかりやすいように、冊子に近くの情報や注意点など英語と日本語で書いてあり便利だった。素敵な場所でゆっくりした時間を過ごせて非常に満足できる滞在であった。次は夏に来て洞爺湖の自然を満喫したい！！また絶対ここに戻って来たいと思います。

Yuki is very responsive and gave clear instructions on check-in and check-out. The Toya Onsen Villa in Lake Toya is nice and spacious. It does feel like a cozy Japanese home. The onsen is perfect as it is big and authentic. The villa is spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the stay very much. Thank you Yuki.

Our family of four adults and one toddler thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Satoshi's! We were struck by how spacious, clean and well-equipped the home was upon entering. Each room had such a cozy atmosphere, and the instructions and guides placed around the house were really clear. It's located on a quiet, peaceful street, very centrally within the small town of Toyako, so everything was very accessible by foot. One tiny thing to point out would be that the lock on the main entrance is a little delicate, and it always took us a few tries with the key. That said, it didn't bring us too much trouble and won't deter us from booking this accommodation again in the future. Thank you Satoshi for such a pleasant stay! We'll be back!

The host was very nice and carefully arranged dinner for us. The sukiyaki dinner was delicious. The room was clean and quiet, and the scenery was beautiful. But the location was a bit remote and there were no convenience stores nearby.

There is no doubt this property, the surrounding nature, and the access to the lake is truly stunning and top notch. On top of that, Jonny and his team were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a great time during our stay. With that said, if you are going to book here, definitely make sure to read the details of the listing and consider the time of year you are booking. There is no air conditioning, so during our stay in August, it did get very hot. Also, it’s probably best to have a car if you plan to go to any restaurants or onsen since the property is a bit further from town. Though we rented e-bikes from Jonny which was a great alternative and a blast. Overall, this is an incredible, secluded lakeside place. And if we’re back in Hokkaido, we will definitely return.

It’s hard to put into words the wonderful experience of my stay at Noboru’s house. Noboru was very responsive to all messages and offered helpful advice on travel options from New Chitose to his house. He picked us up from the resort at Rusutsu and then handed us the keys to the car, which is offered as part of the stay. This, in my opinion, stands out from all the other hotels, as a car is a must to fully appreciate the surrounding beauty. My partner and I instantly felt at home in his charming and characteristic home, where we were welcomed by his lovely family and pets! Our room was clean and comfortable, with adequate space for up to 3 people. The toilet and bathroom were kept very clean throughout our stay. We were able to use the kitchen freely however, due to where the village is located, you will probably end up eating out more often. If you are up for an authentic and out of the ordinary experience, you must stay here. We will be back!!! Daniel and Petra :)

Had an amazing stay. It's a beautiful house right on a beautiful lake. Got to rent the kayak and canoe on site, do some swimming, and also try the on site meals offered by the owners, and all were great. Highly recommend if you are looking for a calm place on a nice lake.

We had a very nice stay. Masako san and her husband were very kind and she made wonderful meals. She was very thoughtful and went out of her way to provide comforts for our children. Transportation was a short walk away and Masako san gave us rides as well. They were very patient with our young children and we really appreciated that. This was our first “home stay” with Air BnB and we had a great experience.

Very nice house！It’s near the bus stop and convenient. It’s really the neighborhood and you can feel the real life in Sapporo here. Mr.Rikio was very nice! He gave us much care and fun, and also he was talkative and provided many convenience for us. If you want to have an excellent trip here, choose there is the best choice.

rikio was lovely, welcoming and very kind. my room was clean and well contained. i had to catch a plane back to australia so had a short walk to bus stop and 2 busses later i was at chitose airport in just over a hour. thanks for having me.

夫婦で洞爺湖温泉に訪れました。以前は湖畔のホテルに泊まりましたが、その時は他の滞在者も多く騒がしかった経験がありました。今回こちらのプライベート物件に泊まってる間はとても静かで夫も私も終始リラックスして過ごす事が出来ました。湖畔までのお散歩も程近く涼しい風が気持ちよかったです。他の方のレビューにあったボイラーが気掛かりでしたが、新規ボイラーが導入されており臭いや動作も問題ありませんでした。また洞爺湖温泉に来る際には利用したいです。

The cabin was great for our ski trip in Hokkaido. The location was really close to Rusutsu and other ski areas. The cabin was really homey and also the sauna was great. Highly recommended!
