alex's place was very satisfying! It was relatively close to Susukino Main Street, Sapporo Station by taxi or public transportation, and the bus stop was really close! It took about 10 minutes to walk to the subway station, and I didn't think it was too far. It was also walkable from Sapporo Station, but if you have a carrier, We recommend taking a taxi because it comes out to around 10,000 won anyway. There was an elevator, so it was very easy to move the luggage. We were very grateful to alex because we were able to check in early so we left our luggage behind and went for lunch. The place matched the pictures and alex's touches were spot on all over the place. I thought the place was quite spacious and the wifi was available. Welcome chocolate and bottled water were prepared according to the number of people There was also a heater in the living room and another heater in the room a little far from the living room. We were able to stay warm during our stay. In addition to that, in addition to the hair dryer, there was a curling iron, so I thought this was very thoughtful because the guest didn't have to prepare it separately according to the voltage. There was also a washing machine and detergent, so it was nice to be able to do laundry during my stay. I was thankful that they prepared towels so generously that I didn't have to wash them. Lawson is right in front of the accommodation, and there is a 7-Eleven about 350m away, so it was convenient to use the convenience store. There is a restaurant in the city of Toritons nearby, and if you are going to visit Toriton, the wait is very long, so you can register and wait when you come back to the accommodation. Or there is a beer museum nearby, so you will have plenty of time to visit the Beer Museum after registering for Toriton. I would stay at alex's place again if I visit Sapporo again!

Yuki is very responsive and gave clear instructions on check-in and check-out. The Toya Onsen Villa in Lake Toya is nice and spacious. It does feel like a cozy Japanese home. The onsen is perfect as it is big and authentic. The villa is spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the stay very much. Thank you Yuki.

Our family of four adults and one toddler thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Satoshi's! We were struck by how spacious, clean and well-equipped the home was upon entering. Each room had such a cozy atmosphere, and the instructions and guides placed around the house were really clear. It's located on a quiet, peaceful street, very centrally within the small town of Toyako, so everything was very accessible by foot. One tiny thing to point out would be that the lock on the main entrance is a little delicate, and it always took us a few tries with the key. That said, it didn't bring us too much trouble and won't deter us from booking this accommodation again in the future. Thank you Satoshi for such a pleasant stay! We'll be back!

The host was very nice and carefully arranged dinner for us. The sukiyaki dinner was delicious. The room was clean and quiet, and the scenery was beautiful. But the location was a bit remote and there were no convenience stores nearby.

There is no doubt this property, the surrounding nature, and the access to the lake is truly stunning and top notch. On top of that, Jonny and his team were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a great time during our stay. With that said, if you are going to book here, definitely make sure to read the details of the listing and consider the time of year you are booking. There is no air conditioning, so during our stay in August, it did get very hot. Also, it’s probably best to have a car if you plan to go to any restaurants or onsen since the property is a bit further from town. Though we rented e-bikes from Jonny which was a great alternative and a blast. Overall, this is an incredible, secluded lakeside place. And if we’re back in Hokkaido, we will definitely return.

It’s hard to put into words the wonderful experience of my stay at Noboru’s house. Noboru was very responsive to all messages and offered helpful advice on travel options from New Chitose to his house. He picked us up from the resort at Rusutsu and then handed us the keys to the car, which is offered as part of the stay. This, in my opinion, stands out from all the other hotels, as a car is a must to fully appreciate the surrounding beauty. My partner and I instantly felt at home in his charming and characteristic home, where we were welcomed by his lovely family and pets! Our room was clean and comfortable, with adequate space for up to 3 people. The toilet and bathroom were kept very clean throughout our stay. We were able to use the kitchen freely however, due to where the village is located, you will probably end up eating out more often. If you are up for an authentic and out of the ordinary experience, you must stay here. We will be back!!! Daniel and Petra :)

Had an amazing stay. It's a beautiful house right on a beautiful lake. Got to rent the kayak and canoe on site, do some swimming, and also try the on site meals offered by the owners, and all were great. Highly recommend if you are looking for a calm place on a nice lake.

Very cozy, suitable for many people to stay with, the kitchen is well stocked, close to Toya Lake, the scenery is beautiful, and the single house is not afraid to be noisy to other people. The host is very friendly. Be aware that there is only one bathroom and there may be small bugs, but such a peaceful environment is inevitable.

We had a very nice stay. Masako san and her husband were very kind and she made wonderful meals. She was very thoughtful and went out of her way to provide comforts for our children. Transportation was a short walk away and Masako san gave us rides as well. They were very patient with our young children and we really appreciated that. This was our first “home stay” with Air BnB and we had a great experience.

Very nice house！It’s near the bus stop and convenient. It’s really the neighborhood and you can feel the real life in Sapporo here. Mr.Rikio was very nice! He gave us much care and fun, and also he was talkative and provided many convenience for us. If you want to have an excellent trip here, choose there is the best choice.

rikio was lovely, welcoming and very kind. my room was clean and well contained. i had to catch a plane back to australia so had a short walk to bus stop and 2 busses later i was at chitose airport in just over a hour. thanks for having me.

My husband and I visited Lake Toya Onsen.I used to stay in a hotel by the lake, but at that time, there were many other guests who were noisy.It was very quiet while staying at this private property, and my husband and I had a relaxing time all the time. The walk to the lake was also close and the cool breeze felt good. I was worried about the boiler in other people's reviews, but there was a new boiler and there was no problem with the smell and operation. I want to use it again when I come to Lake Toya Onsen.

The cabin was great for our ski trip in Hokkaido. The location was really close to Rusutsu and other ski areas. The cabin was really homey and also the sauna was great. Highly recommended!
