Cozy accommodation located close to the hyper center, with all the necessary shops. City center with a very pleasant setting for walking. Easy to park in front of the accommodation, restaurants within walking distance. We recommend Moulin de Loir elsewhere. A little extra at the accommodation, it's this mini private garden with this little swing. Our host is very nice and remains responsive to exchanges.

Very nice stay in this tastefully furnished and decorated apartment. Bed very comfortable. All the necessary amenities are there. We were even at Laurie's husband's estate (Clos Saint-Maur) and we were very well received and we have to admit that their wine is very good. Thanks again for your hospitality and accommodation.

Large, comfortable apartment, nothing is missing. Easy street parking. You can easily reach Saumur on foot.

Claude and Ginette are charming and very attentive. They care about satisfying their hosts. Their accommodation in the countryside is very nice and has the necessary equipment for a hassle-free stay. I highly recommend and thank them for their warm welcome.

Great stay, the host was very welcoming, very nice, he even took us shopping with his vehicle because we were on a motorcycle. I highly recommend it. There is plenty of space, possibility of playing badminton in the garden, there is even a pétanque court and the pool was heated, very nice and very large. Great weekend spent with family at Eric's place! Beautiful quiet house in the beautiful countryside, beautifully wooded and suitable for our young children - a stone's throw from Beauval Zoo, the purpose of our stay. Recommended!!

Very nice accommodation, as described, quiet and well appointed. We were hosted very well by Ludivine's husband, and as there was a slight lighting problem following the storm, as compensation we were entitled to a bottle of wine, very much appreciated.

Very good! The house is very nice and comfortable. The environment is also nice with a lake and a children's playground a stone's throw away. Baguette and pastries from 7:30 a.m. 20 meters away. Jean Claude is a lovely, welcoming and responsive host. We chose this accommodation to visit Beauval Zoo and the Châteaux of the Loire Valley. Everything was perfect. We had a great time. Thank you!

We had a great time with the family at this place... Very spacious house and impeccable exterior with covered pool, very nice barbecue area and sheltered table for eating, petanque court and pond... Very friendly, welcoming and responsive host...

Dominique was very welcoming and helped carry our bags up to the apartment. The apartment was nicely decorated and beds comfortable. The location was convenient for access to the old town and free parking nearby. We think our baby woke up the next door neighbour in the middle of the night, which we are sorry about 🫣 but we would stay again if Dominique would have us!

All as described. Beautiful complex. A great experience. Great host. Ideal for excursions or simply enjoying the life at the farm.

Well arranged, well located in the old town, a short walk from the trail that borders the river. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedding is comfortable. Private parking space is a real plus. Cars pass along the facade on the kitchen corner side but it's not too annoying at night.
