Its access is independent of the owners' adjoining house. 10 minutes from the city center of Tours, nestled in the heart of a 2-hectare wooded park, you will find calm and comfort. Close to the Loire bike path and the city bus, at the end of a cul-de-sac, you will enjoy all the charms of the countryside at the gates of the historic city. You can park your car right next to the house with peace of mind. We will be happy to host you in our newly renovated little house.

The Cave of Moulin de la Motte Baudoin

Welcome to the Grotte du Moulin! This natural loft is recessed in a limestone mound and will surprise you with its transparency. It consists of a large kitchen open to the living room and a bedroom with bathroom separated by a sliding garage door. In the bedroom, you have a double bed (160 cm) and in the living room a single bed (90 cm) with a non convertible sofa that can be used as a small single bed.
