Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin. Wifi. Composed on the ground floor of an entrance with cupboard, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed and storage. There is a courtyard with garden table and chairs as well as a barbecue. Calm but not isolated with the villages of Bazouges and Cré sur le Loir at 1 min and the town of La Flèche and its famous Zoo at 10 min only. Calm and change of scenery guaranteed! Fishing equipment on request, boat, barbecue, hammock,.. Canoe kayak (2 adults/1 child max) optional for a fee.
