Blois, Villandry, Langeais or even Beauval Zoo are 40 minutes away.

This former 17th century barn, completely renovated in style, is located in a country setting, located just a 12-minute drive from the city center of Tours. Its access is independent of the owners' adjoining house. WITHOUT A KITCHEN, you will find the necessary comfort and can enjoy private parking, a relaxing garden area not overlooked and inside a fiber wifi connection. The pool is heated by a solar panel which allows us a swimming temperature of about 30 degrees in high season and about 25 degrees at the beginning and end of the season (early May and late September to early October).
