Wonderful reception on arrival. Great location only 15 min walk down to sea front. Great activities for our 8 yr old twin boys. But the icing on the cake is the huge swim spa which we all enjoyed after our walks. Lovely and relaxing just what you need. Host was very helpful and responded to all our questions promptly. Would recommend highly to any family with kids or two couples looking for a relaxing break away.

Amazing stay at the stone house! Beautiful house and setting, great hot tub and table tennis set up. Trystan was super helpful and quick to respond to any queries.

Gorgeous place with everything you'd want to have a cute little weekend away!! hot tub was set up so all we had to do was pull back the cover and hop right in. Kitchen had everything needed to cook whatever meals you fancy. Just a 2 minute walk away from the local and less than a 10 minute drive out to the moors.. perfect!!

What a wonderful place for a quiet get away. Every little detail had been thought through. The accommodation was stunning nestled in the most beautiful grounds. We woke up to a woodpecker and feel asleep with the owls! The surrounding area had loads to offer but the house and grounds were so perfect we didn’t want to leave!

We had a lovely stay at Sarah’s place and it was perfect for our book club weekend. The view is gorgeous and the upstairs living area and bedrooms downstairs worked well for us. Would recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful weekend away!

Serendipity is a lovely house with stunning views. Marks has designed and refurbished his house beautifully and very much with his guests in mind. The downstairs is spacious with a very large table so we as a party of nine could sit all together or in separate groups inside and outside. Well done to Mark. He is a very considerate and welcoming host.

Lower Marsh Farm is brilliant. Wonderful location, excellent facilities, peaceful and calm. Due to the rural location, you do need a car to get there and navigate the area. Olivia the host is incredibly attentive, the instructions for getting there are clear, the optional services are excellent, and the setting is idyllic. We visited with two young children who were captivated by the wildlife and farm animals. Enjoy!

Absolutely perfect stay! Having first stayed here in 2019 we returned and have just spent three nights at this beautiful rural Airbnb and couldn’t have asked for more. The bed was incredibly comfy, ensuring a great night’s sleep after long coastal walks. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The property had everything we needed, and the garden was a peaceful spot to relax. We loved the walks to Hope Cove and also did a fantastic 10km hike along the coast to Salcombe. Can’t recommend this place enough. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay here for half term. The weather definitely wasn't on our side, but we had a nice time none the less. The view was second to none. Highly recommend Bewshea's By The Beach (tapas) which is about a 15min drive. The cabin is cute & cosy and provides you with all of your basic needs. We liked that it was fenced for our dog, we were provided with a little milk, local tea, coffee, ciders and softdrinks was a really nice touch. We ended up driving to Cornish Orchards and stocking up before driving home.

Great place, very clean, in a fantastic location and lots of utensils for use in the kitchen.

Wonderful few days at Trade Winds - with 2 teenagers and dog in tow. Loved sitting in the bedrooms with a mug of tea watching the harbour life. Such a convenient location. Fantastic walks to Churston, Fishcombe cove and Berry head. Sea swimming, yummy restaurants, v comfortable beds. Lovely feeling to the cottage, we felt very at home and were sad to leave. Thank you!

We stayed in the stable cottage with the main reason to hike in the area and to escape city life. The cottage was a perfect starting point for the hikes in the Dartmoore, peace and quiet and in the evening it felt like a warm blanket. The host Susie is very welcoming and helped us when needed. We highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet getaway.

It was a 1 minute walk to the harbour, which was very handy The hills were definitely difficult at times but manageable if you paced yourself. I would definitely recommend this place to others. we did have the occasional parking issues with the narrow roads and lack of spaces. however we did manage to park with perseverance. Thank you again for a lovely stay.

Bolthole - “a place that you can go to when you want to get away from your usual life and escape from other people” This is exactly what you get. With a cosy atmosphere and stunning view in the heart of one of the most beautiful parts of the country. Plenty to do and ideal for doing nothing. Loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Thurlstone. The apartment was ideally located on the beach making it easy for easy beach fun for the kids. They went rockpooling, swimming and made sandcastles every day. We enjoyed the views of the sunset while having dinner and drinks on the balcony. The flat was bright and spacious. We felt safe and had a comfortable stay with everything that a family of five would need. Our host was responsive, accommodating and friendly. We would stay again in a heartbeat :)

The host, Julie, was really helpful and responsive to our messages. Beautiful surroundings and the views from the chalet were incredible. We were visiting old friends and neighbours and it was an excellent base. The walk down into Shaldon along the golf course was convenient and stunning but be prepared for the walk back up!! The chalet had everything we needed and was really nicely decorated with comfy sofas and beds. Wish we were there longer and would love to go back.

Lovely property and just what we and our granddaughters needed, particularly the pool ! even though the weather was not great! Thanks for being a great host Iona! The property was everything we expected and you were very responsive and helpful.

Fantastic, clean and well-equipped caravan in a beautiful setting on a fantastic site. Hayley couldn’t have been more friendly, welcoming and responsive. Ladram Bay offers so much for a young family and our children loved the site, proximity to activities and the beach. Thank you Hayley and family for sharing your holiday home. We will definitely visit again!

We were a group of ladies and we loved Sarah's place. The house is beautiful, very homely with everything we needed. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, great showers, lovely and warm. Lots of little extra touches. The pool was fab and we had fun in the games room. We would definitely recommend and will definitely return.

Really friendly host, she was quick to reply to any questions. Caravan was lovely, with lovely views of the sea. Bit of a busy resort, but the kids loved it. Would stay again.

My family and I had a wonderful time. We even extended our stay by 2 nights as we didnt want to leave. The apartment was really lovely, had everything we needed with a well equipped kitchen. My boys loved the tennis court and swimming pool. The views from the apartment were stunning overlooking the sea. we started each day with a morning (very cold) swim in the sea followed by a lovely coffee/hot chocolate from the cafe on the beach. I would highly recommend Des's apartment. We will definitely be returning

Milton was extremely helpful. We left a few things behind he couldn’t have been more helpful. Answered every message quickly. We felt really at home in the Lodge. Everything we needed and appreciated the fire as the weather suddenly turned cold. Thank you for all your help. We would love to stay again.
