Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Torre Pedrera

Siamo stati a Cattolica in occasione della MotoGP e Cristina e il suo alloggio sono stati perfetti per la nostra mini vacanza. le 4 biciclette a disposizione super utili per noi per raggiungere il circuito, la casa perfetta per 4 e dotata di ogni comfort, vicinissima al centro che abbiamo raggiunto a piedi! gentili, cordiali e a disposizione per tutto! ci ritorneremo di sicuro! grazie di cuore!

We spent 6 days in Silvia’s apartment, and she made us feel very welcome. She even had some toys for the kids (4 and 6) and offered to bring more when we had a couple of rainy days. The place was very clean and had two nice private areas outside. Very central, but still a quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen is small but has all the basics. Silvia had great tips for restaurants and activities and was a great host. We loved our stay!

Appartamento bellissimo in centro a Ravenna con una terrazza meravigliosa per la colazione e la cena. Casa comodissima con tutto ciò che serve. Valore aggiunto e’ la piccola gastronoma nella corte, gestita da Sara e Cristiano, ottima per uno spuntino o per acquistare prodotti tipici emiliani. Siamo stati benissimo anche grazie all’ospitalità e consigli di Cristiano e Sara! Super consigliato!

Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt, der Strand ist direkt hinter dem Haus, Geschäfte und Cafes nebenan, auch der Garten war unglaublich schön, inklusive eines großen Privatparkplatzes. Alle Italiener sind äußerst freundlich und kommunikativ. Und die Innenstadt wäre sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen, um das Parkplatzproblem zu umgehen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Das Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig, ab 5 Uhr hört man die Vögel pfeifen. Aber insgesamt mein schönster Urlaub.

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

Wir (Ehepaar und drei Hunde) haben in dem kleinen Paradies von Lorenzo & Monica in jeder Beziehung ein tolles Ferienerlebnis gehabt. Das Haus: mit viel Liebe, Sorgfalt und Stolz gepflegt, bietet Platz innen und im Garten sowie Privatsphäre. Die Lage: auf dem kleinen Hügel genug weit weg vom Trubel der Touristen unten an der Promenade, aber nah genug beim Meer (300m, kleine Strasse den Hang hinunter), umgeben von viel Grün und Natur. Die Gastgeber: flexibel, höflich und kommunikativ (Lorenzo, mit ihm wurde die Buchung vereinbart) sowie charmant, hilfsbereit und Gastgeberin aus Passion (Monica, die nebenan mit ihrer Familie wohnt). Vielleicht ist es besser, wenn wir jetzt mit dem Lob stoppen, weil wir gerne nächstes Jahr wiederkommen wollen - und nicht möchten, dass es keinen Platz mehr gibt...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

The flat is great and the location is simply top. Everything is just like on the photos. The kitchen has everything needed for cooling and a solid stock of coffee. The small garden is great for kids to run about. The bicycles are nice and working but not for smaller kids unfortunately. Well, you can't have absolutely everything) Rather difficult to find a free parking spot nearby, but the paid one is easy to find and not too expensive. All in all we are very happy with our stay. The price is just right too. Highly recommended!

Bellissima esperienza!!! La casa è ordinata, molto pulita e super organizzata. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in tre per due settimane di smart-working e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! La zona è estremamente tranquilla. La casa è spaziosa e non manca di nulla. Il giardino è fantastico! Lo abbiamo sfruttato il più possibile, organizzando tutti i pasti sempre all'aperto nel gazebo e godendoci la quiete e la meravigliosa vista. Angela e suo marito sono ospiti davvero gradevolissimi, molto attenti, precisi, presenti e per nulla invadenti: ci siamo sentiti davvero "a casa" per due settimane e siamo molto grati per questa bella occasione. La casa è vicina al centro del paese, raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi salendo lungo la strada. Perticara dispone di tutto il necessario per rendere confortevole il soggiorno. Consigliamo di cuore un soggiorno riposante a Villa Bruna.

Innanzitutto c'è da dire che Elisa è stata molto accogliente e disponibile. Si è offerta sia di venirci a prendere sia di riportarci in stazione e quando abbiamo avuto problematiche con dei vicini rumorosi (una notte) è intervenuta subito. La casa, molto moderna, è dotata di tutto ciò che ci ha fatto sentire come se fossimo a casa nostra, si trova in una zona di Pesaro particolarmente tranquilla e vicino alla piccola baia Flaminia (per questo sicuramente la raccomandiamo per i mesi estivi). Vicino a casa ci sono tantissimi locali in cui mangiare, tra i quali l'imparagonabile piadina da Terry.

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni davvero piacevoli in questo appartamento, perfetto per una vacanza con una bimba piccola. L’alloggio era pulitissimo, accogliente e situato in una posizione comodissima: vicinissimo al lungomare per le passeggiate, ma anche il centro si raggiunge facilmente a piedi. Il parcheggio e il garage sono stati super comodi: si può parcheggiare all’arrivo e dimenticarsi dell’auto, perché tutto è a portata di mano : ristoranti, negozi, servizi. Un grazie speciale a Gabriele, preciso, gentile e sempre disponibile a rispondere a ogni mia domanda. Consigliatissimo, e sicuramente un posto in cui tornerei volentieri.

Ein wirklich sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Claudio war auch sehr flexibel, da wir am Tag unserer Anreise etwas umgeplant haben. Er war ein hervorragender Gastgeber!

Beatrice’s apartment is super cute, very clean, tastefully decorated and has EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay. I really loved the fact that there is a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker. My husband enjoyed the balcony:) The beach is within a 2-minute walk. A huge plus is a gated private parking lot. Beatrice is very easy to communicate with. She responded to my messages instantly and answered all the questions I had. We definitely recommend Beatrice’s place.

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. Will certainly come back sometime. Thank you Elise for all the careful attention!

Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre zentrale Lage und die spektakuläre Aussicht aus dem höchsten Gebäude der Stadt. Wir haben uns durch die wohnliche Einrichtung gleich wohl gefühlt und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit hier. Plus: genug Platz in Schränken für unsere Kleidung, Espressokannen in allen Größen, Ventilatoren überall und viele nutzbare Nahrungsmittel; es gab sogar Sonnen- und Regenschirme! Kleines Minus: Der Bahnhofslärm ist vor allem nachts im Sommer unangenehm. Wer wie wir mit kleinen Kindern unterwegs ist, muss Einiges aus den Regalen weiter hoch legen 😅 Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Alloggio curato e dotato di tutto quello che può offrire una casa. E i biscotti sono stati apprezzatissimi!☺️ Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Quasi un peccato starci una sola notte. Appartamento meraviglioso e moderno, molto luminoso e ben arredato, con diversi parcheggi intorno e vicina a quella che è la piazza principale di Cervia, oltre a diversi negozi e ristoranti e a 5/10 minuti di camminata dal mare. Marco una persona seria, cordiale, amichevole e responsabile, oltre ad essere estremamente disponibile. Se volete fare bella figura con degli amici o con la vostra metà, consigliatissimo e se dovrò tornare in zona, non ci penserò due volte a dove prenotare!

Tutto perfetto, casa in ottima posizione, vista mare, facile da raggiungere e con chiarissime indicazioni per passare un soggiorno perfetto. Affidatevi con serenità ad Andrea, che saprà sempre consigliervi per il meglio! Grazie di tutto!!

Ми відпочивали в цьому помешканні 10 днів. Нам тут дуже сподобалось. Надзвичайно приємним бонусом є кондиціонер у кожній кімнаті. Валентина завжди була на зв'язку і готова допомогти. Помешкання просторе, дуже багато сучасної техніки. Також перевагою є те, що квартира розташована доволі близько від вокзалу і можна пішки дійти до поїзда.
