It is really a piece of art and part of palazzo! Amazing space with increadible atmosphere of art, architecture and desing. In the same time wifi, a lot of sockets, plates, glasses and any stuff for coocking! At the check-in we received wonderful cake from the hostess which we enjoyed whole stay each morning! Many thanks to the owner. It was really pleasure to spend my birthday in such elegant space!

The small agriturismo is beautifully situated in the hills of Mondavio. Our little house was a dream, very tasteful with beautiful views of the surrounding places. It is a perfect base for biking, seeing cities or going to the sea. Roberto & Tiziana are wonderful hosts, always easily accessible, very friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back anytime!!

Everything is perfect!! AMAZING stay and home!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Il Montale is a very peaceful and calm place to enjoy calm holidays. Our home and also the outside and pool area was amazing. Also Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini, San Marino are close by to reach by car.

We have spent 9 nights in this beautiful place. The house is clean and well-equipped and very spacious. We had our dog with us and she had a great vacation too. Tommaso and his mother Paola are wonderful hosts, always helpful, caring and friendly. Tommaso showed us his telescope as we were lucky to be there over the Easter Full Moon. He gave us very good suggestions for good quality restaurants and places to see. The region is beautiful and there is lots to explore! Highly recommendable for a fun, relaxing and uncomplicated family vacation!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay and Christiano and Sara were both very friendly and helpful - the place is beautiful and Sara and Christiano have a shop with delikatesses just below the apartment which we also enjoyed during our stay. /Eva

We had a wonderful stay! The landlords were very friendly and accommodating and always easily accessible ! The property is a little off the beaten path and you have your privacy there. However, El Pesaro, Rimini and San Marino are not too far away if you want to do anything. For a group stay, the house is also perfectly equipped. Finally, upon arrival, we were even served a cake and a snack prepared by the landlords during the week, which was very nice:)

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! My partner and I were guests of Germana because he had to run a contest in a nearby location. It turned out to be the ideal place to focus and work, surrounded by tranquility and nature. Although it was days of bad weather, with almost uninterrupted rain and strong wind, the WiFi never left us. In addition, the apartment is very clean and equipped with every comfort.

For a stay in Riccione with our cat we turned to the Lungomare Residence and I must say that every expectation was well rewarded, excellent apartment as well as furnishings and attention to detail, excellent cleaning service and the reception staff were friendly, attentive and very helpful. We'll be back.

A fantastic stay, the beach is right behind the house, shops and cafes next door, also the garden was incredibly beautiful, including a large private parking. All Italians are extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. And downtown would even be within walking distance to avoid the parking problem. The house is very spacious and cozy. The only downside: The house is unfortunately very clairaudient, from 5 o'clock you can hear the birds whistling. But overall my most beautiful vacation.

4 days of true peace, finding this apartment was a real luck, the owners were very kind and always available ,in the house there was everything you need, impeccable cleanliness, great location also to get around on foot. To be done again 1000 times. Thank you!

Fantastic and quiet location with a very large property. The house has a wonderful covered terrace. The proximity to the sea and the old town of Fano are perfect. There were only two of us in this house and we enjoyed the atmosphere and the stay. We want to spend the next vacation there again. Excellent communication with Nik and Lirim.

We (married couple and three dogs) had a great holiday experience in every respect in the little paradise of Lorenzo & Monica. The house: maintained with a lot of love, care and pride, offers space inside and in the garden as well as privacy. The location: on the small hill enough far away from the hustle and bustle of tourists at the bottom of the promenade, but close enough to the sea (300m, small road down the slope), surrounded by greenery and nature. The hosts: flexible, polite and communicative (Lorenzo, with him the booking was arranged) as well as charming, helpful and host from Passion (Monica, who lives next door with her family). Maybe it is better if we stop with the praise now because we would like to come back next year - and don't want there to be no more space...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

The flat is great and the location is simply top. Everything is just like on the photos. The kitchen has everything needed for cooling and a solid stock of coffee. The small garden is great for kids to run about. The bicycles are nice and working but not for smaller kids unfortunately. Well, you can't have absolutely everything) Rather difficult to find a free parking spot nearby, but the paid one is easy to find and not too expensive. All in all we are very happy with our stay. The price is just right too. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous place in the hills of the Marches. we loved this place and will surely come back to visit Maria and her family. The breakfast she brought every morning was a delight, the surroundings were beautiful and so serene and of course we all enjoyed the pool so much especially considering the heat. We felt at home. We were a group of 13 people – with and without disruption, a facility from Switzerland - and were allowed to spend our Easter holiday in your house this year. Both the house itself and the surrounding area have delighted us, but in particular we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year around this time and have experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house been as perfect for us as a group. We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend at your place. It was a completely successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

A beautiful landscape. The location is unique with panoramic views incl. Sunrise and sunset. And Silke and Luca are the best hosts there are. We were welcomed with open arms and felt immediately comfortable. Both are always responsive. If I'm in the area again, Cal Torello is my first address!

Sara was extremely helpful. Due to circumstances we had to book the house last minute in order to stay just for the night and we also arrived late. Even so she was there to greet us and give us all the info we needed. She had even baked a delicious cake for us! The house is perfect, clean, with everything you may need. We certainly recommend it.

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

We really enjoyed the stay at Scarlett’s cozy place. The flat is perfectly equipped for two people and the kitchen had everything one could ask for. The possibility to use the pool, garden and tennis court, directly across the street was greatly appreciated. Forli itself is not that interesting! But it is a perfect location for day trips to Rimini, San Marino, Bologna and many more beautiful and interesting places. Shoutout to Scarlett’s brother that gave us many great tipps for day trips, food etc✌️ Thank you very much we really enjoyed our time Forli!

From booking to departure everything was perfect. A great and super equipped house, the view, the location and the pool are some of the highlights. Andrea's personal care was really great; from the first day we had insider tips about the area and restaurants, wineries, ice cream parlors and much more. Great place to relax.
