Every room and the outdoor spaces have unique views of the village, nature, or the sea. The Pandemic taught me a new way of hosting by organising the apartment as ideal base to work remotely with High Speed Fiber Internet and desk, using cleaning products approved by the health and safety ministry, having aircon/ heating system deep-claeaned and subsequnetly certified by a specialised firm. Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
