La casa sulla riva è uno spazioso e comodo appartamento sito sul mare in un elegante edificio degli anni'20 del secolo scorso. Due soli gradini lo separano dalla famosa spiaggia. The apartment has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The interior is stylish-casual. The spacious terrace faces the sea and has sun (almost) all day. To the city center it is a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by streetcar. Bienvenue!
