Enjoy coziness and tranquility in approx. 50 m2 bright and nice apartment under the ceiling in a converted barn. 1 of a total of 2 apartments. Built in 2021. 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, full kitchen, and private bathroom. Access to shared pool. Pure idyll in the countryside, but with only 2.5 km to good shopping, as well as about 10 minutes by car to a fantastic child-friendly sandy beach. Dogs, cats and horses. Owner lives on the grounds, but for the second long. Fibernet and TV package. NEW 2025: Gameroom with table football, table tennis and retro game console.

Amazing views of the water and Thorø

Fantastic views from the living room and bedroom over the Little Belt, Thorø, Bågø and Jutland. The house is 150 meters from the waterfront. Located in the idyllic Thorøhuse, an old fishing village with a natural harbor, only 2 km from Assens. The house has a large terrace overlooking the water, garden furniture, 2 sun loungers and a barbecue is available. New: Orangery. There are great swimming, kayaking, windsurfing, kitesurfing, underwater hunting, fishing and hiking opportunities right outside the door as well as the most beautiful sunsets.

Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

Enjoy a relaxing vacation at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The home is located in the most beautiful street in Assens, really a quiet and idyllic place. There is parking in the street (but not on the private road opposite the house) and there is the possibility of sitting in the small courtyard. The house was renovated in 2023 and is 60 square meters. 2 min. walk to forest 10 min walk to shopping, restaurants and beach.

Cossy, authentic, non smok summer house with a huge terrace and great ocean view. The house has a nice, light and open kitchen / living room area, bathroom with a shower, 2 rooms with beds for 2 and 3 people. In addition 2 people can sleep in the living room on a comfortable pull out couch. A cosy automatic stove that heats the house even in the cold periods. The key box ensures easy and flexible check in and -outs.
