Hiking possibilities in the area are almost endless. Rental of rowing boat is agreed at least 1 week BEFORE check-in, for boat experts (summer only). Welcome to a newly renovated apartment in a charming barn from the 1890s in the heart of Skålvikfjorden. A perfect starting point for forest and mountain trips. Kayak, canoe and SUP can be rented only 100 m away. A small dinghy can also be rented for quiet trips on the fjord. Two bikes are ready to borrow, and a floating sauna fleet is also close by! The climbing park Høyt & Lavt on Valsøya is about 30 minutes away by car, and the nearest grocery store can be found at Halsa Fergekai, about 6 km away.

It's a great place for just relaxing, and enjoying the fabulous view, but also an excellent starting point for sightseeing, hiking, swimming or fishing in the fjord/river. Skiing and several other activities are easily available in the area, dependig on season. Excelent for couple and family(s) with kids.
