My son and I had a wonderful stay. We loved the place, it felt like "our place" right away. It was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this to anyone staying in Terricina. Only 2 blocks from a beautiful beach too!

We stayed the two days at the end and start of the new year. We had a great time, the house is located in a historic and very characteristic place with a wonderful view. The place is cozy, clean, tidy, and there is everything you may need from the kitchen to the bathroom, nothing is missing! In the living room there is the fireplace and the large and comfortable sofa that are the top . I recommend it to everyone, especially those who love tranquility and relax for a few days to recharge and then return to everyday life. We stayed the whole month of May as the tourist season was just starting. Andrea is genuinely a great guy who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and always answered our questions in a timely manner. Since my ability to speak Italian is quite limited , I would use a translator app to translate my text and then send to Andrea and it worked pretty well. That’s how I would communicate with the local taxi company as well, primarily for rides to the train station and back. Andrea’s Airbnb was clean and had all the amenities we were looking for and more at an affordable rate. We loved the views, the large terrace, the close proximity to public and private beaches, restaurants, gelato stands, live music and bars This location is a 15 minute walk to grocery stores ,coffee shops, fruit and vegetable stands etc. We will miss strolling down the promenade , parallel to the beach at night and hiking up to the nature park tower that overlooks the town and Mediterranean .

A really nice stay! The house is large, clean and exactly as described. Particularly suitable for groups/families thanks to the large patio with a table that can be used for dinners with friends. In addition, the location of the house is strategic, a stone's throw from San Felice and Sabaudia. Great cookies from Mrs. Paola offered upon our arrival! Highly recommended.

We stayed at this fantastic villa for two nights, Friday - Sunday. The host was immediately available and thorough to answer any of our questions. When we arrived we found ourselves in a beautiful villa, clean, modern and within reach of everyone. Carlos and his wife immediately made us feel at ease, explaining the simple little house rules. Never intrusive but always ready in time of need!! We will definitely be back!

We just left this magical place and we already lack everything from the huts to the magnificent view and total relaxation in the pool and everything that surrounded us. But the thing we miss most is Margherita and her husband Antonio are friendly, welcoming, nice and excellent company who immediately made us feel at home and as a family with our little girl of only six months. We've already pledged to return as soon as possible. Highly recommended accommodation Manuela, Lorenzo and little Gaia.

We had a great time at Giulio's apartment. There was plenty of space for 2 people. We really liked the location and we walked both on the beach and to the old town every day. The beach was 2 minutes away, past a crowing rooster and hens, lemon and orange trees. We relaxed, heard the waves, and read book. Perfect relaxing holiday. Thank you for us 🍋
