The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

Tutto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti: la spiaggia sia libera che attrezzata, pasticcerie, supermercati, ristoranti e pizzerie. Posizione strategica tra Roma e Napoli con collegamenti ferroviari ogni ora. Vi fornisco un tagliando pre pagato per parcheggiare gratuitamente nelle strisce blu nell'ampia piazza a pochi metri da casa.
