Amazing break away from London city life. Amazing host and the property is flawless. Highly recommend getting a supermarket delivery to the property.

I stayed at Katka’s place with my 2 sisters and 2 cousins for the weekend. Katka gave us a tour of the accommodation on arrival and explained some simple rules on using the pool-spa which were very helpful . We had an absolutely fantastic time here , her place was very nice, clean and spacious for 5 people. We really enjoyed the pool-spa area , taking the covers off was a real giggle and putting them back we laughed more, so be careful. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the sea front , where we found lots of cafes . We had an evening meal at The Crab Shack which was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was really lovely and sitting looking out at the sea was a bonus. Thank you Katka for making us feel welcome, oh yeah and thank you for the cakes on our arrival, delicious 😋 Will definitely recommend your accommodation to other people and look forward to to seeing you in the future Kind regards Jane & family 🤗

Trystan was an incredibly kind and helpful host, really accommodating and went out of his way to make sure all of the kiddies were happy and comfortable. If you’re looking for child friendly accommodation this is it, there is every kind of toy and car available for the kids to play with, very easy and a fun house to stay in. Beautiful gardens and a great location.

This has to be the best ever beachfront apartment we have stayed in. Spectacular views, spacious balcony, superbly equipped and everything worked without any hassle. The Leisure Club is an added bonus for me - brilliant pool, fitness equipment and the jacuzzi plus the outdoor terrace and restaurant with great meals, especially the (takeaway available too) fish and chips. The purpose of this trip was a holiday for my 94 year old Mother - above all the apartment was very safe/secure, accessible, the few steps to the 1st floor are manageable and the lift means getting into the apartment is easy. Totally recommend this apartment!

Gorgeous place with everything you'd want to have a cute little weekend away!! hot tub was set up so all we had to do was pull back the cover and hop right in. Kitchen had everything needed to cook whatever meals you fancy. Just a 2 minute walk away from the local and less than a 10 minute drive out to the moors.. perfect!!

This is a very special property. Large, beautifully laid out and equipped. We appreciated the fabulous location, the gorgeous kitchen with 3 ovens and 2 sinks and great space for us all to eat and the comfort of the beds. We also loved the cosy lighting and furnishings., The cows in the field were an added bonus. We loved this place and will likely rebook. Thank you.

what a wonderful place. you feel completely immersed in nature. the views are spectacular and the yurt reminds you how simple living is the best. we only stayed a night but we'll be coming back for a longer stay after seeing what a lovely place it is. thank you Maren and Richard, a great stay.

We had a great month at Captain’s Deck. The apartment has lots of seaside grandeur—big windows with panelling and huge handmade curtains that wouldn’t be out of place in an Agatha Christie novel. It was a comfortable and peaceful place to stay, with lovely views over the gardens and you wake up to the sound of the birds singing. The flat had everything we needed for a longer stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and a comfy bed. The terrace was a real bonus! The location is great—nice and quiet but still close enough to walk down to the harbour (and easy to get a taxi back up if needed!) Meadfoot Beach is just a few minutes away, and the coastal path is right on the doorstep, perfect for a stroll. Daddyhole Plain has some great folklore, and the Headland Hotel next door is excellent for a meal. Jacqui was a fantastic host—friendly, helpful and quick to sort anything if needed. We had a really enjoyable stay, and it's somewhere we'll definitely come back to!

A great little place in retro style close to town centre. The features, fixtures and fittings brought back a lot of memories of life in 1970/80s Britain. Nice park with good amounts of wildlife across the road which leads into town and to the beach. It was nice to have a pet fish to care for and watch when you was in the kitchen. We’ll worth a stay.

Lovely little apartment, equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Great location, too. Loved the garden and the fact that we could park in front of the property. We’d definitely visit again.

Ideally located for what we needed. Pubs, restaurants and takeaways within a short walk. Well equipped and clean. Would try to stay again if we went back to Torquay.

We really loved our stay at MUNTHAM with Adam & Grant as our hosts. Grant met us when we arrived and very kindly helped us with our luggage For Ian and myself (Fran) we both had a WOW moment as the apartment although on the smaller side was so tastefully renovated … cosy and welcoming ! We had only four nights in Torquay but both Grant &Adam are very knowledgeable of the area so we had lots of places, hotels and restaurants to choose from. The weather wasn’t on our side but with our host’s recommendations we visited Dartmouth and Dartmoor for great days out. We didn’t have any noise while we were staying in the apartment and the bed was especially comfortable. They had some lovely treats for our arrival we really appreciated. The guys were very good communicators and we would highly recommend their apartments if you are heading to Devon. Thank you very much.

Perfect location for Paignton beach, pier, train station, local parks. Spacious with lovely relaxing garden area.

What a beautiful house! It was so well equipped, with tasteful art work, and loads of room for our family of 7. The photos of the renovation were fascinating - what an amazing project it was. We felt very privileged to stay there. We all loved the garden too, with its lovely plants, numerous seating areas, and the illuminations after dark! The games room was a bonus, and used every evening, with lovely views across the bay. The house was in a lovely quiet area, but walkable to the centre. Walking back was a bit more taxing, but we all did it! We found loads to do and see in the area, from cliff walks to National Trust properties. We would definitely recommend it.

Staying in Alan’s caravan was like a home from home, my husband and son booked the place for a long stay due to work in Torquay and wanted a base rather than a hotel, they were not disappointed with their booking, with every amenity they could hope for on a peaceful park an lovely area. Alan was very accommodating, helpful and made our time there great! My daughter and I joined the boys during week 3 of the stay and the break was satisfying, good park with facilities, great location, lovely clean caravan and very refreshing. We will return as a family for future stays on more family themed getaways. Great communication, great price, great stay! Thank you Alan, the Sullivans

We had a fantastic holiday, the apartment was amazing, so welcoming, great decor and furnishings and was very clean and tidy. My daughter loved the pool. The apartment was in an ideal location and it was easy to walk to local places and see the gorgeous scenery. Dee left a very useful folder with lots of information, ideas for places to visit as well as local restaurants. We would love to visit again in the future.

We had a great stay in Richards apartment as a family of 3. Check in was easy with clear instructions and parking very handy. The location was excellent, walking distance to everything but not too noisy and very private/secure. The pool was an added bonus and also warm. Beds and sofa were very comfortable. The bath was useful for our toddler. Kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was clean and tidy! We wouldn't hesitate to stay again in the future should we return to Paignton. Richard communicated well and was very helpful. Thanks! ☺️

It was an amazing stay, the place is apart of a big holiday ket that has a restaurant and spa. It exceeded expectations! All the staff at cary arms were really great and approachable. People will need to realise in advance how steep the hill is to get to the holiday homes. I had difficulty driving my car back up so Chris and Harry from the cary arms helped me out with that and I tree really appreciated it.

We spent 5 days here with our 3 children. The place was spotless, had everything we needed. Really warm and homely. The grounds of Osbourne are gorgeous, we loved the park and swimming pool. Lots of places to visit, a nice walk into town (although a little hilly so wear suitable shoes)

We were made to feel very welcome in this lovely apartment. There was plenty of space for us all and Pania supplied us with a cot for our toddler. It's clean, well kept and only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Torquay (which is quicker and cheaper than parking). This place is perfect for families and a great base for exploring South Devon. We would highly recommend!
